"Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though you’re sent an email stating it’s self check-in, we were greeted by the manager when we arrived. Very friendly, and, she baked cookies for arriving guests! The grounds are beautiful; wrap around porch, hiking trails right out the back of the property. If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is place!"

"Ben was such a great host and so lovely to chat with. It was for sure an LGBTQIA+ friendly B&B, and we felt right at home amongst the incredibly eclectic decor. SUCH a cool and interesting house. The breakfasts were also great, the mushroom quiche especially! No complaints :)"

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. "We really enjoyed our hosts George and Sandra. George made excellent suggestions for restaurants and sites in the area. Sandra made delicious baked goods and breakfasts. Coffee was great. "This is not AirBNB or Hotel, this is HOME. Owners are welcoming and caring. Breakfast is awesome! It reminds me of my younger years when I stayed with my grandparents in rural area. It’s quiet and gives me sense of relaxation."

"Wonderful old charming house renovated fully with great taste and top quality materials. The hosts are also a great couple who are pleasant, helpful and friendly. The town is very little like most towns in this area and had very little to offer for dining etc. but the proximity to Belleayre ski center (6 minutes) overcame that. We will come back for sure"

"Agnes was an amazing host! Our stay was incredibly smooth and convenient. The drive to Hunter Mountain was just a short 15 minutes, making it so easy to get there. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it was a special touch knowing the eggs were from their own farmed chickens. When it was time to check out, they went above and beyond by helping us clear the snow off our car! We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back for another visit!"

"We had a comfortable and lovely stay. The hostesses Viktoria and Irina were very hospitable, friendly and helpful, if you have any questions feel free to ask them. The property has a great location, it is close to the center of Windhem. Our room was clean, comfortable, with beautiful view and excellent internet service. Glad we chose Georgian Garden, highly recommended."

"Close to Kingston and Hwy 87, thus convenient. Friendly host(s), a very pleasant stay. We were okay with no cell phone reception or TV because the wifi was fine, and we enjoyed this quiet getaway. Breakfast was tasty, artisan bread, large portions of fresh fruit. Restful and comfortable."

"The stay was awesome and the proprietor was wonderful. When we first drove into the city we were concerned about our surroundings but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The street Kingston Bed and Breakfast was on is a treasure trove of history surrounded by houses and buildings dating back to the late 1700s, early 1800s all well preserved and welcoming.
