"As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

"This is one of our favorite places to stay. The staff are so gracious and go out of their way to accommodate requests. We love the front desk staff, shuttle drivers and the cleaning crew. Jen, the manager is a gem. She was very attentive and made our visit enjoyable. Grouse Mtn is lucky to have her. The restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast is so good.
