"This house was perfect for our family of 10 with plenty of space to gather or space to have a little quiet time. Casey was so easy to work with. Being winter, we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but those along with their yard to play in would be great for warmer weather stays. "

Plenty of towels for the bathroom. The only cons were: the Roku upstairs needs to be updated or replaced; couldn't be used. Dining room/hall floors were really squeaky when stepped on. "The host was a great communicator; we had to add a day last minute and was very accommodating. The house itself was great, a fenced in yard for the small dog, cookware, extra blankets, etc. 5-7 minute drive to anywhere downtown and convenient for UBER etc. We would stay here again if in the area. "Very home-like, kitchen was well equipped and the home was clean. Large living room with dog friendly flooring was very appreciated. The large, private yard was nice and the dogs loved the trails. Was perfect for our needs. Host was responsive and even decorated for Christmas."

"Pros: Clean, roomy, nice beds, nice towels and bedding, good location especially if you need to be close to Plainfield, quiet neighborhood, A/C worked great, laundry pods provided, Brita filter pitcher in fridge was nice to have, excellent communication from property management.Cons: Needs more seating in living and dining, more dishes needed (especially since it sleeps 9), kitchen could be a little better stocked for those planning on cooking.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here...
