My friends and I stayed here for a quick overnight stay so we were to able to enjoy ALL of the really cool amenities but we really enjoyed the spacious well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and updated bathrooms, plus beautiful view. We plan to return when we can enjoy the game room, hot tub and fire pit. (it was below Zero when we stayed so no outdoor opportunities).

House is clean and spacious and entertaining. Enjoyed the hot tub, the large bathroom and the fire pit by the pond. It was a very relaxing and inviting stay for the whole family.

This was a beautiful house for my bachelorette party! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and sit! Although, the house did lack in the cleanliness aspect- used washcloths in the showers, bugs and spider webs in many of the rooms that could have easily been removed, countertops were sticky, microfiber-ish towels/washcloths that had others hair stuck in them, and the floor left our feet and socks black. The outside landscaping definitely could be better maintained- many weeds, patio furniture was pretty dirty, the cushioned seat by the fire pit was moldy as well as its’ pillows, and the sidewalk was hard to walk on up to the door as weeds and such were covering over it.

Family visits once a year from Las Vegas and this time we wanted to try something very different. Safe to say my family enjoyed it from kids to the elderly. Teens enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was amazing and the host is very responsive they give you a welcome home feeling and not 3rd party host who do not care. Location is great and the scenery was the cherry on top. Thank you we have found our place to visit yearly!

Country Comforts

This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay.

Do not rent

Overall not worth price. Black mold in bathroom next to washer and dryer. Mouse feces in the couch bed. Communicated all this to the owner and he told me to expect mice and rodents in the house bc they live on a farm. Do not rent from this group they refuse to give refund despite us leaving literally morning of the third. Had to disarm and move mouse traps to prevent my 2 yr old from grabbing them and hurting himself. Rent at your own risk. Also this is done through a third party so vrbo cant guarantee a refund or help in any shape or form besides the fee they charge for using their site.
Main bathroom with tub 2 to 4 ft away from the washer dryer area
Opened up the couch to pull out bed and found mouse feces and other crap.

Awesome View

Place had an awesome view. It is listed as not much nearby, but actually has a gas station just up the hill if you need anything. Not a huge living space, but i'd spend the time outdoors if I were you. Its worth it. Excellent response time from the owner as well.

Family is thanksgiving vacation

The location is nice, about 15 minutes from anywhere you would want to go! We booked for a relaxing family trip to kick off the holiday season, we especially booked due to the hot tub! Unfortunately there was mouse poop all over the kitchen! ( I understand a farm house will have mice, but there should. Not have been mouse poop on the day we checked in. The hot tub was not working, emailed the owners and they sent someone out right away to repair, however by the time we got back to the house the hot tub would not heat up past 85 degrees. The tv in the game room did not have sound which really put a damper on our trip, as we had planned to have the adults hangout in there and watch a movie while the older adults and children slept in the house, instead we had to sit in the living room and keep our voices down since we couldn’t be in the game room away from everyone. Not to mention the space heaters in the garage flipped the breakers twice and then when I went to unplug them large sparks flew out of the outlet. After this we didn’t let anyone back in the garage out of fear a child would get electrocuted while trying to connect to the plugs. Over all we still enjoyed our trip as we have not all been in the same house together for many years but my expectations were not met on this trip. :( hopefully the next people who book have a better experience.

Cozy Ranch Home

Very comfortable, homey place. Grill, fire pit and hot tub were perfect! Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were perfect for getting ready! Cute game room in the garage. Back yard was refreshing to hangout and relax. Country home, but close to everything! Everything met our needs, and host was great with communicating.

Great country getaway

The kids had a funny little getaway adventure on the property. The lake and creek was neat to explore. Lots of seating options outside. The house looks small on the outside, but the inside is spacious and lots of spaces for everyone to sleep. Kids also liked the arcade in the garage. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our group!

Our group travels to Indy every August to serve from our food trucks at the incredible Gen Con downtown. 4 REALLY long/hot/crazy days, so we look for houses where we can relax and chill for the few free hours we have every night. This house fit the bill perfectly - plenty of beds/rooms for us (as my husband and I are the only "couple", we don't make our staff share beds!) and the outside amenities (picnic table, fire pit, pond to fish) were just what we needed. The house was properly equipped as far as kitchen & bathroom, and was just right for us. Thank you so much!! If we don't grow in numbers next year, we'll be booking again!

Felt at home

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was a great place to come back an unwind after the games with our family and friends. The host were amazing and made everything very simple which is what I needed with a hectic few days of baseball schedule. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay

Lots of area outside for activities. Great firepit area perfect for S’mores and relaxing. Convenient to interstate and within easy distance to downtown Indianapolis for things like The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field (Triple-A baseball), Indianapolis Zoo. Add on of visiting horses, donkeys, & other animals was great for children. Overall a great value for a family getaway.
