Staff were amazing. Room was a bit cold and lady came up with an extra duvet really quickly. All staff we came across were really lovely and helpful. Our dog was treated like a king!

As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. Goodstay Apartments by Urban Space
The apartment was very clean, the appliances were good, it was a nice apartment and well located. Unfortunately found the mattress and the sofa were not ideal for comfort.
