As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. Great hotel in a good location to explore Somerset/ Devon. Very friendly staff. Super pool . Super food - had a delicious evening meal and breakfast. Great car park - next door to garage to refuel.
