"The location is excellent, cannot be beat, and that alone deserves 5 stars. It is a classic Charleston home with all the charm. Bathrooms and kitchen are all updated, which is nice. Also surprising, was how comfortable the beds were. Having private, tucked away parking, that was also priceless. Would we stay here again and recommend this place? Sure!"

"Stayed here w my husband and 2 adult children. Listing was very accurate. We have stayed at many vrbo’s and this place is immaculate! Everything we needed we had!! It’s so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only downside was that there was some construction Going on at night, but obviously the owner does not have any control over that would definitely stay here again. Close to everything."

"This home has an updated kitchen, had everything we needed during our stay. Nice size back yard for our doggies. Do not leave unattended they can escape around the gate;(. Owners were great with communications. Will definitely stay again when we're in Mt Pleasant"

"Wonderful property that served our needs for a quick trip perfectly. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the Charleston area. "

"This building has a bit of age but the unit was just as described. Walking distance to the beach and the pool is right off the back porch. There is a ramp to bring your belongings to the front door(I brought a collapsible wagon)The things that I will say are that a new mattress is needed! You will be awake at dawnAnd most importantly, the cleaning smell and fragrance items. I do wish that property owners would understand how bad fake smells are!Just get an air cleaner. "

"Very clean and well stocked unit! Ocean views are great, we walked right out to the beach everyday. Will absolutely be back! "

"Went on a girls trip and had a fabulous time. The Agave is perfect - location was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 5 of us and I would highly recommend. The Charleston Vacays Team was FABULOUS too! Super communicative and informative. As a side note - would also highly recommend considering the Groceries Ahead service as well - pick out your groceries ahead of time and they deliver them and put them in your rental - it was a game...

"House was well furnished and a great location to beach and Isle of Palms. Plenty of space and screened in porch was a big plus. Owner responded promptly to questions and internet issues. Chairs and umbrella provided at beach were a very nice perk for the week. Would stay again in on future visits."

"Our book group goes on a retreat every two years and this time our destination was Charleston. This house was prefect for our group, it was clean and had a beautiful view. It was also close to Charleston and close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great neighborhood, easy access to city. Could use a frying pan, and some basic spices so that we didn’t have to buy full spice containers to use for one or two days, and then have to pack. Would be a nice touch.Loft bed difficult to use in very hot weather, even with fan. May want to explain that in description for summer month stays."

"The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot"
