"This home was compact, but very clean and had many thoughtful touches like well-placed night lights, a good bread knife, etc. The hosts checked in with us to be sure we had no problems and we were doing fine. The home is on a highway, so there is a bit road noise, but it is located so that neither Copper Harbor or Houghton seemed too far to go. The house book had some good recommendations for restaurants and we had a nice meal at Fitzgerald's. It was great to have the ability to do some laundry...

"We had 2 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 dogs and had a GREAT stay. The house was huge with plenty of rooms and beds. The kitchen was big with plenty of room and lots of staples. The grounds were perfect and it was extremely convenient to be able to bring our 2 dogs with. We had a great stay, even though we ended up not seeing the northern lights. I would definitely recommend this house for anybody traveling with pets and/or family."

"This rental home makes it feel like home. Everything we needed was provided. Easy checkin and communication with the owner, Jeff, was quick and pleasant. Loved the babbling stream in the back yard. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The house was in the perfect location as "home base" for our Keewenaw travels. "Great location in Mohawk to explore the Keweenaw peninsula. This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood that was quiet. The house was super clean with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen! I would absolutely stay here again. Tyler was very responsive to any questions we had and when we experienced an unexpected snow storm in April, someone came out immediately to shovel/clear the drive way. Would highly recommend!!"
