"It is a good location on the water with a good dock that was deep enough for our boat despite super low water levels. Overall, house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils/towels/bedding etc. Water comes from a well and has slightly odd smell but it was fine. We had a great time with our family with 4 small kids and my in laws. Grass area out front was very nice for the kids to play and it was great weather in October to bbq and eat outside. Was nice to park boat trailer on property...

"Place could have been cleaner. Found lots of things in the cushions and beds of the sofa couches. It also made it seem like it was tight on the river which it was not. You have to walk down a very steep incline to even get to the river. The pictures weren’t actual of the location in my opinion. We thought we would be able to walk out and be right on the river. It was a walk to safely get to the river. Propane take for the outside grill wasn’t full. We literally were in the middle of cooking...

"Everything it’s nice. The apartment is well kept and clean. An observation though; it will help if dark shades are placed in the windows. The beautiful sun enters the room at a very early time in the mornings, disrupting the sleep. Yet, it’s a really nice place to stay while you visit the surrounding areas. "
