LA PERLA DI SICILIAThe beautiful small bungalow park La Perla di Sicilia consists of a total of 9 detached bungalows and is located directly on a golden sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea, on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Sicily. The centre of the village and numerous beach bars are only a few metres away from the Bungalow Park. The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, invites young and old to enjoy to swim in the crystal clear water. The centre of Marina di Modica with restaurants, bars and gelaterias is only a few minutes walk away. Numerous excursion routes and other sandy beaches are close to the bungalows.
The new holiday home is approx. 65 sqm and is simply furnished and functionally equipped. It has two separate bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen (in which there is a sofa bed), shower / WC, TV-Sat, W-Lan and air conditioning (in the dining area, for a fee) as well as a large terrace. The car can be parked outside directly next to the park or on a private parking space outside the bungalow park.
The bungalows are surrounded by typical mediterrean vegetation like beautiful oleander-, lemon-, orange- and fig trees, as well as small and big palm trees. A newly built playground and a table tennis table provide fun for the children. Baby cots, high chairs and children's beach toys are free of charge on request. To get to all the interesting cities and archaeological sites in the area we advise you to rent a car. If you wish we will get a rental for you. Please note that in the months of July and August, then when the locals go on holiday, there could be loud music till late into the night around our bungalow park, because between this period, there will be organized, dance, music and theater performances for entertainment and our quiet seaside resort comes to life.
A newly built playground and a table tennis table provide fun for the children. The small bungalow park is located in the middle of a green subtropical park, directly in front the sandy beach and in the centre. Ideal starting point for sightseeing.
