"Etwas außerhalb von Modica auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof gibt es mehrere einzelne Ferienwohnungen. Wir bewohnten die Geräumigste mit großem, separaten Schlafzimmer und einem schönen neuen Bad mit großer Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile war sehr bequem und hatte viel Charme. Die Eigentümerin Giovanna begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und wir lernten auch sofort den freundlichen Dalmatiner Leo kennen, der neugierig aber niemals aufdringlich war. Zu den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man zwar...

"We booked to stay for 1-week but EasyJet cancelled our flights twice. Sadly our stay was reduced to 3 nights. Diego our host was amazing. On arrival, after a 5 hour drive he welcomed us with a home cooked meal and wine. His Sicilian breakfast was gorgeous. He couldn’t do enough to help us and showed us incredible generosity. If you want to get away from it all, stay in the Regusa countryside with easy access to the beautiful Baroque towns and beaches, then look no further. We’ll be back....

"We had a fantastic time in Modica. Giorgio and his wife gave us a very warm welcome, with lemon cake, home made jelly and homemade olive oil. The house is very, very nice, well equipped and the view from the garden is gorgeous. Lots of nice things to do in the area. And last but not least, a great garden where you can relax. Wifi works fine....for us defenitely a place to go back to. Doke & Karin, The Netherlands"

"Emplacement agréable, calme et à proximité des commerces / services de modica. La ville de modica se situe près de grandes villes telles que Raguse, chicli, Noto, Ispica , Pozzallo.... Emplacement super pour visiter toute la côte Sud Est de la Sicile. Le logement était magnifique, composé de 3 maisons de locations et d'une piscine vue sur la campagne de modica + mer. La gérante est très gentille et serviable. On recommande ++++"

"Our stay on the property was beautiful. Great communication with the owner. Only thing to know is that the pool is across the street on the owners property. Everything is well kept. People there are friendly. If you rent a car streets are narrow."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ivano’s. The unique, tri-level house was beautifully decorated and appointed. I enjoyed giving family and friends Facetime tours. It’s location next to the Duomo could not be more central. Even the church’s carillon bells were subdued enough that I could sleep through them! Ivano and his wife were gracious hosts always attentive."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und hat ausreichend Platz. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin der Wohnung hat sehr gut geklappt. Man konnte sehr gut auch auf Englisch kommunizieren und es war möglich auch Fragen zu stellen, die direkt und freundlich beantwortet wurden. Man ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten an einem großen Strand und 5 Gehminuten an einem kleineren. Die Lage ist perfekt. Kleinere Läden sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und ein größerer Supermarkt (Franzys&Food) 10 Fahrminuten...

Joli petite maison, très discrète et extrêmement bien placé dans l’ancien Modica La propriétaire est très disponible et accueillante, la maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Je conseil chaleureusement"

"Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und die Vermieterin zeigte uns kurz, informativ und unkompliziert die schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir sind noch immer begeistert, denn die Wohnung war tadellos sauber, sehr modern und toll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Als Willkommensgruß stand für uns eine Flasche Wein, Croissants, frisches Obst, Kaffee und gekühltes Wasser bereit. Auch Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und Handtücher waren vorhanden, sodass wir uns um nichts mehr...

"This was a beautiful, warm and welcoming little house with all basic necessities provided. The house design is really cool, everything made with love and in great taste. Lorenzo was very courteous, answered quickly and was very helpful. The house is a walking distance to Ragusa Ibla and it’s spectacular views - keep in mind that the way back is up the hill (we took a taxi, very reasonably priced). All in all, lovely location, would be delighted to stay here again. Come and stay at this property...
