On the app says the check out was at 12 pm they were knocking on the door at 10 am then the morning receptionist came to tell me the check out is at 11 am I didn’t like my experience staying!! by the way the light for the bedroom was not working i booked a room with a king bed and i got a double bed and no ice bucket or bags/ restroom was very clean and the evening receptionist was very nice

The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! The hotel was quiet and the location is near food restaurants and stores. Website says check in is 6pm but website has not been updated since new owners took over. Check in is 3pm and check out is at 11am. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this hotel again for future events!

I wouldn’t even recommend this place. I came all the way from Oregon to Modesto, California, just to check in early, but I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone. It’s not even called the Sisk Hotel anymore. They haven’t updated Expedia or Google that this hotel is no longer there, nor have they changed the name or number. BED BUGSSSSSS!!! Though my whole body!!!!

Prep hole was missing and a wad of paper was placed to cover the hole, all card keys to get into thid building after hours were broken and not needed, no signage on building other then a street sign pointing to check in off was visible.

First, I’m very disappointed with Expedia for advertising a hotel like that and second there’s no contact information posting whatever phone number they have is not working. I make a reservation reservations and call them after unable to get a hold of them. I called Expedia. I let them know. I have concern if I am unable to get contact of the property. I need to cancel the reservation. They did not help me later on my sister went by to check in because she landed before I did. She had to run away because all she see a bunch of junkie outside and I’m still waiting for a refund. I didn’t stay. I didn’t get a hold of them and Expedia didn’t help. so stay away from that hotel. .

Blinds were broken. Couldn't close or shut them walls are paperThin. shower, hardly any water comes out. Guest service clean my room but took my food and my personal hygiene. Stuff i wasn't even checked out yet. Will most likely not be staying here anymore?

We didn’t have any cold water for our shower, it only had hot water that was way to hot and couldn’t adjust, the AC was not working. Needs improvement. Please fix.

so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.

The television wasn’t working in the hotel. They didn’t notify me when I first checked in. I went to my room, my refrigerator wasn’t working. They never sent anyone up to fix it. The nightlight that was on the headboard, my daughter touched it and got shocked and we saw a big electrical flar come out.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Their phones dont work so there was no way to contact them. They were advertising a room they DONT HAVE!!!!!. Their tvs dont work either when we asked to be switched to a different room the tv still wasn’t working and the air didnt work so we then had to be moved to a different room. They weren’t understanding of these situations and were very rude! I do not recommend this hotel at all! 0/10 stay. They also dont have free breakfast as advertised that they do.

The hotel was under renovation and didn’t have the correct name on the sign so I was confused . Check in was easy and staff was nice . Room looked newish , clean , & very spacious. Sadly there were a lot of roaches . Another family member had to leave the hotel due to the amount of roaches in their room . Although my room looked clean , while getting settled down , we ran into a couple of roaches as well . Brought the roach situation up to front desk at check out and they were aware of the situation and apologized . Sadly we won’t be coming back due to the roaches . The renovations are looking nice but the amount of roaches isn’t worth staying there .

Room was very clean and seems recently updated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Hallway smelled of smoke and didn’t seem as updated as room. Homeless population outside. Seems like hotel has undergone multiple owners as everything has different labels (phone, channel guide, Expedia listing, hotel sign out front). Had a do not disturb sign on front door and housekeeping still knocked and still tried to come in my room in the morning while I was asleep, but I had the top lock shut so they were unable to enter. Overall good stay. Comfortable bed, quiet and great staff. Just going through upgrades/construction in part of the hotel.

The name of the hotel is in the process of being changed but the GPS took us to the right spot. The hotel is large I believe 3 sectiond and It's going through renovation therefore a section is under construction which looks like it will be the main entrance once finished. The entrance is around the back opposite Winco. The front desk receptionist was very helpful, the room was clean, didn't smell stale or anything nauseating. I believe it's an extended stay so you will see people hanging around however I didn't feel unsafe or worried. It's situated around a lot of convenient stores and restaurants. The humm of the AC unit drowned out any outside noise if there were any. I only found 3 things to bring up that were wrong. The main light as you enter was burned out, I reserved a room with a single bed yet received a room with two beds and the swing safety latch on the door was broken. From my experience I'd recommend it to others.
