The room was ragged , the sheets dirty and the tv didn’t work. I’ve machine inoperable. The last in the office, was not friendly and only interacted with us through a tiny slit in a window (possibly because she doesn’t trust the neighborhood or the tenants). bed was comfy and we slept well. But walking my dog around the neighborhood worried me. There were many cars parked with people sitting inside. This included the tenant of the room next to us who came out and sat in his car while we were unloading. Clear drug activity in the neighborhood . So it was worrying. At the very least

Located close to shopping and dining areas especially the outlet mall. It's in a quiet area with easy parking right in front of your room.

The building was rundown and the area was not safe. The door was hard to open. Usually hotel rooms have a deadbolt lock and this room did not.

This is an old property, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The motel is off the beaten path, and next to a school in a residential neighborhood so it’s quiet at night. However, there are some residents at the motel who get up early to work, and they were talking noisily outside our window early. A bagel place is a short drive away for breakfast.

Not for the pinky out types

Place was small but clean. Old and a little tattered. Ok place to lay your head. Not for the pinky out types.

The office is locked and you knock on the door and wait for someone to help you. She took 15 minutes to check me in and then said the room needed to be mopped and that took another 10 minutes. I felt worried the whole time about safety.

Cockroach City

Dead cockroaches all over the floor. The curtain was barely hanging on. Missing tiles on the floor. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and its not a queen bed. It was a double. Thjs place is disgusting and the losting are full of s**t. They skimp at every turn. DO NOT STAY HERE

I need power!

Stayed in room 18. It's a bit of an odd set-up. There are no working electrical outlets near the bed. The one at the head of bed didn't work so those with cpap machines will have to plug from across the room to the bed. TV didnt power on either. Didn't bother asking to fix it because I had my laptop.

Not Impressed

Strange from the begining. It took 20 minutes to check in and the woman behind the counter said "they room shows occupied in the system". She asked if I needed the larger room that was booked and I said no that I was alone. She then said that she needed to see if the room was clean (this was at 7:00 pm) and walked across the parking lot to check. Upon returning she determined the smaller room was clean and proceeded to finish checking me in providing I pay a $70 deposit for potential theft and damages. I am used to giving a credit card for insidentals but not a theft or damage deposit which she could not tell me when that would be refunded. Upon entering the room, presented clean but the floors were not. No soap in the bathroom, small fridge and microwave, but now utensils or even a paper cup to drink water from the tap. No coffee maker in the unit or on-site. Password did not work so used my mobile phone as a hotspot. Bathroom door would not close or fit in the door jamb.

We booked a night and when we arrived for the stay at 8:30 pm there was no one in the office to give access to the room. They still charged us for the room even though we had to get another hotel room. We called Hotels.com but they were unable to get our money back. We were disappointed with the hotel and that Hotels.com could not help us resolve the problem.

Avoid at all cost!

Did not even check in. This motel is basically a homeless camp with broke down cars, broke furniture, and trash strewn about the parking lot. It actually seemed ababdoned. Filthy hardly describes this place. There were some "guests" sitting outside smoking and drinking. You can tell that they lived there full time. The neighborhood is super sketchy with homeless camping and gang members.I tried to get Hotels.com to remove this motel from their listings. Somebody is going to get assaulted or worse if they end up staying here!
