Good location short distance away from the main Moab town center so very quiet. Very clean property with nice modern furnishings and modern kitchen. Property grounds are also well maintained / good neighborhood. Was well stocked with essentials so we didn’t have to buy anything but food. Pool and hot tub were great after long hikes at Arches and Canyonlands. Would stay here again - no negatives.

Mostly Fabulous!

This condo was lovely! It was clean and well stocked with supplies. The communication we had with the owners was timely and helpful. They were able to solve our problem quickly. Everything in the condo worked wonderfully and we had a great time there! We really liked having TVs in every room and being so close to the pool.Our only complaint was the hardness of the master bed and the couch. The mattress in the pull out bed in the couch was so awful, it was unusable. And because that mattress is warped and flat, the couch cushions were sinking into the couch and it was really quite uncomfortable. However, the loveseats were very comfortable.

Excellent. It was a little hard to find at first

I came in later at night and the number system was confusing. I also wasn’t able to see the road that took us around to the back. Other than that the townhome was very cozy. My guest did let me know that the pull out in the living room was broken. He said it was the frame. He was able to put cushions underneath and ended up sleeping like a rock. Wanted to let you know so you could take a look at it before the next group comes to stay. The grounds were clean and quiet! Hot tub and pool were lovely after a hot day playing in the desert. Thank you.

Great size for a family of four and dog. Very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. nice touches throughout, like soaps, coffee and cleaning products. Hot tub and pool are close and it was great to have a garage. We will book here again!

A good place to stay other than a few small details. A few things missing in the kitchen (colander, ice cream scoop and maybe a bigger fry pan). No kleenex boxes at all and for someone with allergies it be nice to have. The floors were a little dirty. But overall a nicegreat place to stay

Perfect for families

We stayed 3 nights with my nephew and his wife so there was a total of 6 and the condo had plenty of room for all of us!! The pool and playground are literally steps away which is great for kids. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex and it’s perfect. Plenty of amenities and close enough to town! Definitely recommend!!
