Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family. We have 5 kids and it was just what we needed. The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom- not a master bathroom. Quiet dog friendly stay.

Check in was easy. We unlocked, opened the garage door to unpack. Single car parking in front of the unit was nice. I loved that a dog sheet was provided to cover the couch! There was dog poop on the back patio when we arrived. Someone should've taken care of that. Washer & dryer were well maintained. Upstairs tub had a film on it making it slippery for the 1st use. It seemed to wash away after that. I'd recommend a non-slip bath mat for the tub. I was reminded several times (text and email) how to check out. 1 notice was sufficient, I didn't need 4 reminders. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close drive into town with tons of shopping, restaurants and outdoor adventures. Between the 2 bedrooms it sleeps 6 but the living room and kitchen are better fit for 2-3 people. The dining room table had 6 seats but it would be very tight to sit 6. A table for 4 would be a better fit. Decent stay for a short visit.

No wifi for the 3 nights we stayed, other issues as well

No wifi despite two complaints. Icemaker in refrigerator did not work. It takes two remotes to operate the tv, one of them had dead batteries. Smelly rag left in washing machine stunk up the kitchen. Ten dollar hot tub fee charged but the cover was covered in grime and bird poop, did not use.

Great value

The property was very clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us and having the garage to store the bikes and kayak was amazing. Despite some kind of bright neighbor lights, we were still able to lay out back and see the milky way and shooting stars. Hot tub was a nice bonus since we were there in November. Kitchen was rather small and internet was spotty, but we spent most of our time exploring the area so not a big deal. It's a little way out of town, but a nice quiet area.

Great Stay in Moab

The rental was great! It was great for our family of four and also seems like it could fit a few more people based on the bed available. Moab is so easy to get around, that being 5 minutes out of town center was better for our family. Very close (walking distance) to some iconic petroglyphs which is cool.

So Comfortable and Convenient

This property is clean, well stocked, greatly located, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook, sleep well, and be entertained (cable). Check-in was simple and straight forward via the info emailed before hand. The view is also beautiful, and it's so close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. It was also great to have reserved parking. The only con I can think of is that the wifi is spotty, difficult to connect to, and the equipment seems old. However, given the location of Moab and the surrounding area (near mountains and cliffs etc.) that was to be expected. We would stay here again.

Nice stay, away from downtown area

It was nice for four adults; I think over six would be tight. Door from garage into house wouldn't lock, and that would have been nice. Hot tub fits only two people at a time. Grill was nice, and while the kitchen was on the small side it was adequate for our needs.

Great stay!

We had a lovely time! The home was large for the two of us and our pup. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and we loved the hot tub. Great location to get to arches or into downtown to pick up food. Would love to stay again!

Living room furniture was worse than you would find on any curb.

Great location. Poor upkeep. Sofa was in such poor condition it could not be sat upon in any angle comfortably. Pre-paid for a hot tub cleaning that was found with coins in the bottom. - not cleaned.

Wonderful Area

It's just a few minutes from the city center. Lots of friend people around the neighborhood. The bullfrogs in the back by the golf course are amazing! Beautiful area. Our internet didn't work so we couldn't watch TV or work (which turned out to be a blessing in disguise). Would definitely rent the same place again.

Pretty good place

It would've been really nice if the hot tub had been turned on prior to our arrival. We had been looking forward to getting in it after a 7 hour drive, but it was 59 degrees. Took a day and change to get it warm. And little things like the blinds being broken in both bedrooms, and the smoke detector being directly above the stove in the kitchen, and the cushions on the couch sloping to the floor, were less than top notch. But we were able to get comfortable and it was quiet. Overall a nice enough stay.

Great getaway and relaxing place

We enjoyed the features of this place. Loved having the hot tub to relax in the evening after a day of visiting the national parks. The place was clean upon arrival and had about everything we needed. Definitely would return here the next time in Moab.

Not what you expect - NEVER AGAIN

The check-in process was very easy. The neighborhood was wonderful. However, the inside of the home was dirty, run-down and NOT at all what you see in the pictures. There were holes in the walls throughout the home. All remote batteries were dead so we were unable to change the channels or even turn off the TVs. The home did not cool down. There was very little privacy with the hot tub. The notes through-out the home come across very rude. Also, I have rented A LOT of homes on this site and this was by far the worst I have ever been in. The little “home” touches like tinfoil in the kitchen was not there. This home was like renting a rundown hotel room. We would NEVER stay here again.

This condo was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub and cable rocked. Very private and quite location about 8 mins from downtown Moab. Master bed was a bit uncomfortable, needs replaced, but the insert they've used in the meantime worked okay until then. Great value for the price! Enjoy your stay!

Reasonable condo, a little dated.

This condo has one king bed and 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom. It was described on the VRBO website as one king and 2 twins that could be converted to a king. We were compensated for this mistake. Everything worked fine except the ice maker in the fridge did not, and no manual trays were provided to make ice.

Came in after dark and initially couldn’t find the address. Once we did, a gentleman was staying there for many more weeks. After several phone calls we reached Mike who indicated our location had been changed. Once we located new location it was marvelous! Spacious, clean, hot tub was warming up and ready for us to relax! Loved the fireplace too!
