6 of us friends that were in Moab for 3 nights with a group of 80 total people, shared this beautiful airbnb condo. It was very clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will stay again next year!

This house was perfect for our trip to Moab - Arches and Canyonlands. The views from the home were awesome. The house is close enough to the town to be very convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay and would stay again. Sorry we couldn't stay longer!

Loved staying here. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space thoughout the home and the views are stunning in the mornings. We had a trailer with a rzr and found it was super easy to park it without crossing into the neighboring spaces. We come out out to moab twice a year and this has been my favorite stay.

We had 4 people in our party ranging in age from 80 to 54. I booked the condo for 5 nights. We arrived to a clean, well maintained house that had everything you could ask for. If you impress my mom you have accomplished something. Check in and check out was easy and the host responded to my texts immediately. If we ever make it back out to Moab, this would be my first choice in places to stay.

The property was spacious. You could easily host a large family there. It was clean and not ro far out of downtown Moab. If i were to come back i would definitely rent this place again.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and the location was good. A bit far from the center of the city but we knew that. The only issue we had were the beds. One bedroom has a "sleep-number" bed that didnt work and the bed was inflated on one side, deflated in the center and sort of inflated on the other side (3 zones). The remote LCD screen to adjust the bed was unreadable and didnt work. The two twin roll-away beds of "very good quality" were not good quality and not useable for any amount of comfort. This place is more set up for a family or couples with 2 people in each bed and one on each cot to sleep 8 people but thats a stretch. If your a group of buddies going on a motorcycle trip the sleeping situation is not set up for 8. If the sleep number bed and cots were replaced or fixed it would sleep 5 guys max, not 8 unless you want to cozy up to your pal in a queen bed. Theres a big rodeo arena on the next block so if its a weekend it can be quite noisy until around 10-11pm. Otherwise very quite. The pool and hot tub were very nice but quite busy when we were there. The pool was full of people most of the time. (not a complaint, Just an observation) and its located at the other end of the block. Other than the beds the place was great. The garage was perfect for our 4 bikes.

We had a great stay in Moab. The condo had plenty of room for our group to spread out, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. It was nice to come back at the end of a long day of hiking/exploring and cook some meals and relax as we had been on the road a lot. The slow cooker was a nice surprise. The property was as described and the location was close to everything, but just far enough out of town to be a quiet retreat.

Great place to stay! 10 minutes from downtown Moab. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi hot tub down the street also; available to the guests. It’s a a wonderful Mountain View sitting at the table on the deck!

Excellent location for activities in Moab. Nice garage to store things or make minor repairs on vehicle out of the sun. Pool and hot tub are nice. Minor criticism; kitchenware (utensils, pots, pans) could be higher quality for easier use but served it’s purpose and had everything we needed. Check in was seamless, left message at checkout as required but never received anything back. We were very happy with what we had for the price paid, excellent value! We would stay again and recommend you do too!

The property was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We too had low water flow in the kitchen but didn't want maintenance people coming during our stay so we didn't complain. Two things to note about the Property Description, the 3rd bedroom doesn't have a select comfort bed and although there is a breakfast bar if you wanted to "drink coffee and chat" there you have to do it standing because there are no bar stools.

The bathroom and kitchen faucets were not working for us. We had to fill our bottles in the bath tub. The pool was so filthy, my kids would not swim in it. The most important amenity for us when going on vacation is the pool. :(

Our family had a great stay at this property just outside of Moab. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our family of 8. The location was perfect for our visit to Arches National Park. However, we weren't aware that there is a reservation process to get into Arches. Luckily we were able to get in the next day, but it would have been nice to know that a reservation was required. We wouldn't have booked this VRBO if we couldn't get a reservation to Arches. Overall, we had a wonderful family memory made possible by this property. Thank you so much!
