This home suited our needs very well. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. We were expecting to have actual pool passes and didn't realize it was 5 miles away. Overall a nice place.

Spacious and hospitable

The property was spacious and clean. Our stay included 2 other couples. We had an area we could park our ATV’s, trailers and vehicles. Each couple had their own spacious bedroom and private bath. We will definitely consider staying here when we come back to Moab.

Family Trip

We met up with family to explore Moab during spring break and had a great time in this location. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had thoughtful additions (boxes of soaps, games, easy streaming). The host made check in and out very easy. We enjoyed our time here!

Great unit for 10 people

Stayed with family and friends for Labor Day weekend and place did not disappoint. No problems and very clean. Has a lot of stuff already that you need around the house. Will book again in the future if we come back to Moab.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location is just south of the main areas in town but only a couple of minutes away. The 3 master bedrooms with their own bedrooms are great for multiple couples or even older kids. Loved having a garage to store our bikes as well. Had everything we needed while we were there. Would recommend and stay again.

Multigenerational Arches Stay

The property was perfect for the 9 adults in our party. The table seating was perfect and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. The beds were comfortable, and having 3 nice bathrooms was wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. Thank you!

This house had everything we needed including a crockpot. The only thing is the remote didn’t work so if you were to watch TV then download the remote onto your phone.

We enjoyed our stay. Roomy townhome and having 3 bathrooms was great, there were 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) of us and we had plenty of room. Good location just a few minutes from downtown Moab. Nice to have recreation center access as the kids loved going swimming. There was a Kurig machine but no coffee, the Roku/TV remote was missing and the replacement one didn’t have batteries (I just used my phone as a remote), the pictures and fan blades were very dusty and the towels were a little stained and a bit dingy. The beds were comfortable, good location, and enough parking for our 2 vehicles. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Moab someday!!!

Great place

The check in was the easiest I’ve ever had with a VRBO! The home was clean and just as advertised. All of the units are connected and all of them were occupied during our stay. There was no noise. The unit next to us was full of young boys and the only time we heard them was when we/they were outside. The place is very quiet. The view from the back table was beautiful! The listing says two SUVs probably won’t fit, but we fit our 2016 suburban and 2018 crew cab Silverado in the garage. It was tight, but they both got in there! This rental was perfect! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Stay in Moab

This townhouse was perfect for our needs. The 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom gave us plenty of privacy but there was a nice living area and patio for visiting. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we mostly ate at the wonderful restaurants in town. Mostly, the location was perfect. Close to town and the National Parks. The owner was very responsive to questions and gave many suggestions for things to see in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo with lots of sleeping room

Nice place that is well taken care of, nothing fancy but beds are comfortable and the extra sleeping area is nice. Room to park 4 vehicles but if you have a trailer then parking can be a challenge as the development only has two spots to park trailers and no nearby overflow.
