Some towels and pillowcases were frayed. We were told the pool and spa were open, however only the spa was. Which was really disappointing with 85⁰ weather most of our stay. Dishwasher did not actually clean the dishes so we had to handwash everything, and it served as a glorified drying rack. Despite all of that, our stay overall was good. We had plenty of space for our group of 7. And would stay again.

This is a clean, comfortable home. It’s conveniently located just outside of the down town Moab area, so it’s pretty quiet, yet close to everything you need. Master bed was comfortable and that is very important. I’ve stayed in homes in the past that had horrible beds, so that’s a huge plus. The owner was quick to answer all questions and was accommodating. Would highly recommend this cozy home.

Wouldn’t consider the property a 5 star

It was clean which I appreciate. I would consider it 5 star if it had newer furnishings, bedding, etc. I don’t consider faded bedding, mismatched towels and very limited cooking pots and pans etc. 5 star. The run off pond right next to the patio wan’t appealing with the odor that we encountered upon arrival. It was surprising to me all the reviews were 5 star..

Perfect in every way

The perfect lodging location when visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The condo was equipped with every convenience with a great layout to accomondate multiple couples. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed all questions. Highly recommended.

As Close to Perfect as One Can Get-Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The condo was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed and more. The rental is on a dead end in a very quiet well kept neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and amenities one would need to cook full meals for large families (if you actually cook on vacation). The master bed and bath were very spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home. There are also coolers and hiking gear available for guest use. Mark had pretty much everything available to make this your home during your stay. He even labeled EVERY light switch in the house. Mark responded to all questions and concerns I had in a very timely manner. He is very familiar with the area and even offered suggestions for dining and outings. Instructions were very clear and outlined in a folder for review. Bonuses were a garage WITH remote and the pool is literally across the street. I have stayed in Moab several times and have never had such an impressive view of the red rock, from inside and outside, on the private furnished patio.The photos online cannot capture just how nice this rental is. We will most definitely book with Mark on our next visit to Moab.

First Moab Family Trip

R2 Ladder Home was a perfect Moab home away from home. All the kids had their own private space and so did the parents. Its was clean, spacious and had all the amenities of home plus a pool across the street! Our favorite was the outdoor sitting that was perfectly placed with a great view of the mountains. Thank you for a first memorable stay.

Fabulous place to stay after lots of hiking

Beautiful house in a perfect location for exploring Moab. After long days of hiking or rafting, my friend and I loved coming back to the house to chill and still see the beautiful surroundings from the window. Everything was communicated clearly and the house had everything you could need for a stay. A short drive to Arches allowed for early morning hikes without having to get up super early .

Fantastic anniversary adventure vacation!

We traveled from NC to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This home is a convenient drive to Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, and Arches. Close to Moab's restaurants and shopping without being on top of town. The views from the living room and porch are amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning while drinking our coffee. The Ladder House was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and warm fire place on cold mornings. The only downside to the property is that it is located at an intersection that has alot of traffic late into the night. There is no noise but we saw alot of headlights through the bedroom and living room windows. We would definitely stay here again!!

Moab is a wonderful town!

This rental and Moab are wonderful! I would highly recommend this VRBO rental! It is extremely comfortable and a wonderful place to come back to after you visit all the incredible parks. I would like to come back for a longer stay in the future.

Perfect Place - Look No Further

My family and I stayed in Mark’s townhome in for a week in early July. Everything is exactly as described. We loved the close proximity to the pool. You can’t beat the location and amenities. Having 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was wonderful for a family of 5. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties and my family and I all agree that this one is at the top of the list. We will definitely be back!

Adventure oasis

The condo is spacious, quiet and comfortable. And it’s located right next to the pool! It was perfect for our family of four as we explored Arches and Canyonlands. The washer/dryer was super helpful and there were paper towels and TP on arrival.
