The Space:

New Private Hot Tub on your private patio! The great room includes a 52 inch, LCD HDTV and DVD player, a cozy corner gas log fireplace, brown leather sofa sleeper couch and comfortable easy chairs. This unit has new flooring and furniture! There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 6. The large master bedroom has both a king and queen size bed. Winter themed, this bedroom features a plasma TV with built in DVD player, and a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a twin xl bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are two additional twin air mattress for parties that want to all have their own beds. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tub. Located on the only private road in Rim Village, there will be plenty of parking. There is also a 2 car attached garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby, and you can drive your street legal ATVs and motorcycles on the roads to access them.



Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.



Moab Property Management has no control over the Pools/Hot Tubs at the Condo Complexes and therefore cannot guarantee access to these amenities during your stay. Hence no refunds will be issued due to Pool/Hot Tub closures.

Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
