We stay in this neighborhood every year just because of the room for trailers to park on the main road. If your bringing a truck and trailer with jeeps, stay in any house in this neighborhood.

Great place that was convenient formy needs.

I thought the place met my needs well. Communication was fine and the house was clean. The washer and dryer have a mold and mildew smell in that area, I just avoided it.

As I told Vacasa, there were several repair items that need to be addressed. I sent photos of 3 things: a kitchen cabinet door off at the bottom hinge next to the stove. a dining room chair with one leg about to buckle under, and the door stop in master bathroom had no rubber piece and had poked a hole in the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the place needs good deep cleaning in my opinion. Also, the property is confusing to find. Your address says Prickly Pear Circle, but the road sign in the subdivision says Prickly Pear Lane. Just a few things for you information.

Lovely Stay

The condo was clean and was perfect for our stay. Close to the family wedding venue and close to Arches and Canyonland. Loved Moab! Great shopping and great restaurants. A breathtaking part of our beautiful country.

Beautiful Moab Oasis

We loved our time at this beautiful condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable! We had plenty of supplies provided. It was spacious, and our family had plenty of room to spread out! The kids loved swimming after a hot day out on the trails. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings & taking in the beautiful views. It is a short drive to town and close to many trailheads. We highly recommend and would definitely book here in the future.

Very quiet very clean very convenient to parks

Excellent and great price for Moab. Was very happy to see was on ground level two story with attached garage because listing sounded like a second floor condo. Well stocked with soaps, supplies and clean.

Moab MTB Vacation

Had a great time in Moab with two friends on a mountain biking vacation. Nice three bedroom condo about 5 miles south of the center of Moab. Unit was clean and comfortable. There are two hot tubs in condo complex...a little confusion on our part on which one we could use, but a quick call to property manager resolved that. Check in and out was easy and any questions were answered quickly by the property manager. One suggestion would be to upgrade to smart TV or provide a Roku/Fire Stick so TV could be streamed.

Nice place

We had a nice stay. while the property was clean I did find a child's sock under one of the kids beds. I wish the outdoor patio was bigger and did not have a wall around it. They need to do a self clean of the cloths washer as it had a smell. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great Moab getaway.

This condo neighborhood is just south of Moab. Clean, quiet and the pool was refreshing after a day of hiking/sightseeing. Having a garage was really nice! The upstairs bedrooms are very warm - no way to adjust fans, they’re either on full blast or off.

Great quiet stay close to all that Moab offers.

We stayed, used the pool. All was great and as expected. We met great neighbors and had a good time. Thanks. Very minor issues: 1. Master bath shower door needs repair. 2. Clothes washer has an oder coming from old residue in the door gasket. Water pools there.

Great Place/Needs better cleaning

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Enough room for everyone and the kitchen was great! The view of the red rock from the living room was nice and we loved being able to park our car in the garage. My only complaint would be the cleaning. We noticed the ceiling fans had quite the build up of dust that was pretty gross as well as the air vent in the house right when you walk in from the garage. You could clearly see the dust and cobwebs in there. That and right when we got there and were cleaning the cooler out I happen to spill some water on the floor. I took a paper towel to it to clean it up, and the paper towel cake back up black from dirt. There was zero way that the house had been mopped between us and the last people, and most likely the people before them. But seriously other than those two things, we loved the place and would happily stay there again.

a few minor things, too many breakables in the unit, we put alot of things away to avoid breaking and to make room for our own needs, then we had to set them all back.out when we left, the other thing, the sofa was a bit dirty, felt a little yucky to sit on. again minor things, but might make things nicer for future guest
