The rooms were great three couples stayed. We cooked several meals and used the excellent barbecue once. Ye old geezer meat shop is just down the street. We had trouble with one of the toilet handles but Rossana sent someone over while we were hiking when we got home it was fixed. Good location and the hot tub was clean and working!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights while on a two week roadtrip. The location was great for easy access to all that Moab had to offer. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

Great townhome with lots of space for us to spread out and relax. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, especially important to 2 teens. A soak in the hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. The location is relatively quiet yet still only a short drive to the hear of Moab. The host is very responsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to our arrival. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Moab.

This home was very nice. Temperature was perfect when we arrived as it was very, very warm out and we had been on motorcycles in the heat for several hours. Three couples three separate bedrooms with their own bathroom was perfect. Kitchen is well supplied. We were happy to see a crockpot. Only issue we had was with the Internet and it was fixed very quickly. The next morning communication was very good. Location was a little far from town but not bad like 5 miles. Wish there would’ve been a community pool since it was so hot that the hot tub was wonderful.

Overall excellent property to stay at! Extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with supplies. It was a few miles out of Moab, not as close to town as expected but not bad at all. Love that every room had a bathroom. Condo was very spacious and well laid out. Highly recommend!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Moab for Spring Break. The home was in a great location just outside of downtown, and was a perfect home base for the week. The home was clean, comfortable; and had all the amenities we could want. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo South of town,

This condo was very comfortable. It was plenty big enough for two adults and two kids. The beds were cushy and nice. South of town a couple of miles. Neighborhood was quiet, with distant road noise from the highway. The hot tub was quite dirty initially, murky/cloudy and the floating filter had gunk all over it. The hot tub cleaner was out on the second day, and it looked good after that. Internet wasn't working initially, host quickly responded to turn modem off/in. Worked for the first night, but there was no power to the modem the rest of the stay. Our stay in Moab was pleasant. It was communication before the trip that was a bit worrisome. A simple question to the host resulted in strange responses about "not wanting drama" and telling me to cancel the trip. It was in regard to a request for payment well before it was due. I simply inquired about it, and the host was immediately on the defense, telling me to verify the legitimacy through VRBO. All was on the up and up, verified by VRBO, but when I returned to the messages to let her know, there were multiple messages telling me to cancel. The VRBO agent reviewed the messages and agreed the host's reaction was strange. I wanted to be reassured that the condo would still be available to us, so she called the host. I was assured that the reservation would not be cancelled. Everything was good with the condo once we arrived, thankfully.

Clean and spacious Home. Place was as pictured. Loved the extras of soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Some basic coffee supplies and spices were also included.

Wonderful place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this home! We rented it for our daughter's wedding weekend. Loved that every room had its own bath. The hot tub was amazing and the entire place was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the condo was everything that me and 3 adult boys needed 2 things that I would mention is having coffee for 4 mornings, not a big thing though. The other maybe a safety recommendation, the hot water is extremely hot and I would worry that a small child could get scalded

Beautiful town home

We had our one year anniversary in Moab, and stayed in this beautiful town home on the south side of town. Not being down town and having all the noise and bustle of a tourist town was perfect. We were still in great proximity to all the shops in town and had a gas station less than 5 minutes away. The hot tub, ping pong tables, dart board, and tv in every room kept us very entertained throughout our stay. The property is very well maintained and very clean. 10/10 will be staying here again.
