  • The closest vacation rental to the Spanish Trail Arena! This family-friendly 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, 1,520 SF Rim Village Vista townhome is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, and Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

    2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Upstairs)

    This home is located adjacent to the shared pool and hot tub. It has a private garage that opens to pool area only steps away. Unwind after a long day of exploring with cable TV in the living room and each bdrm. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, as well as a gas grill and patio furniture on front porch. We also have a booster seat and pack and play on-site for families with small children.

    A large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other toys inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway. A bike repair stand and an assortment of tools are available for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape after a long day on the trail or road! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. How about a competitive game of corn hole?! We've got brand new boards in the garage!

    This unit is conveniently located to all of Moab's attractions!
    - 15 minutes from Arches National Park
    - 45 minutes to Canyonlands
    - 4 miles from downtown Moab
    - 6 miles from Hell's Revenge 4x4 Trail
    - 6 miles from Slickrock Trail
    - 15 miles to Giants Dinosaur Park

    PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties (unless approved) and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests

    *2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

We had a great time. We love the location and we especially love the room to park our truck and trailer along the side of the neighborhood streets. Having a garage is a must for us in case we need to make repairs to our jeep after we gat back from the trails. We will be back!

Moab VRC property 10 A7

This is a wonderful property! Comfortable, in good shape, stocked with everything you need to self cater. The community is very nice & dog friendly. Two car garage & trailer parking was possible. The property managers communicated check in / check out / other pertinent info in detail and were very responsive to questions. The whole process was painless. Would definitely recommend! One thing to note about location. This complex is a few miles south of the main part of town so a vehicle is necessary to get to the grocery store or restaurants. It allows the community to be very quiet but is not within easy walking distance of the main part of town.

Nice place. Just as advertised!

The home was clean and open. Lots of amenities. Garage was great for storing our atv's out of the way. Pool and hot tub were nice. Could have had better air conditioning.

Wonderful stay in Moab

Excellent property in a great community. We enjoyed the facility, pools, bbq, etc. and closeness to national parks - Arches and Canyonland. One thing to point out is that the townhome has 3 bedrooms, not sure why the ad says 2.

Wonderful Dog Friendly Condo in Moab!

2 couples and our dogs stayed at this condo for 4 nights. The property was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved the ample amount of sitting room and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Two garage door openers were supplied which was super convenient and we loved the hot tub! The cable didn’t work on the main floor but worked on the bedroom TVs. I contacted the property manager and they were very responsive, never did get the cable on the main floor working but we didn’t mind because there was a DVD player and also access to Netflix. Only suggestions for improvement are 1)some extra blankets and 2) mats in the bath tubs because they were super slippery. All in all a great weekend and I would absolutely stay here again.

NO HELP on WEEKENDS

Love Moab, stayed in this neighborhood in past. Sadly, we arrived on a Friday night and found out Sat afternoon TV wasn't working, property managment DID NOT FIX or GET TY SYSTEM going for us on our weekend visit. Know it's been a busy tourist season, prop. management very responsive by text but nothing got done. Plenty to do in Moab without TV and nice location to golf course.

Comfortable, convenient, economic.

This place was everything it advertised. Cute, clean, comfy, spacious, with killer views. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were soft. Garage was great to keep our dirt bikes secure and the hot tub was a skip from the condo. Literally less than 10 minutes from town, and getting a huge place to yourself for the price of a fancy hotel in town. Love that we didn't have to see anyone to access the unit, and since everything was clearly communicated, check-in was a breeze. My only 2 complaints are: 1) LOVE that it's a dog-friendly place, as not many of those exist, but the additional cost for a pet to stay in a place that we're already paying for is ABSURD. 2) You can hear the highway traffic from the bedrooms. Nothing can really be done about this, but I had to use a white-noise app on my phone in order to drown it out. Would definitely stay here again, despite the high additional fees.

Great place, great location, overall very satisfied

The townhouse was exactly has described and pictured. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, and was clean. The location was just a short drive to town, and close to Arches and Canyonlands. We never ran out of things to do. I would definitely recommend the townhouse to friends and family.

Great stay just outside of Moab

Our family had a great stay at this property. It's spacious, clean, well furnished and convenient to everything in the general Moab area. It was also extremely quiet, especially given that it is part of a larger community. We were able to sleep in every morning, which was a welcome treat after enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities Moab had to offer during the day! We'd definitely stay here again!

Great home in Moab!
