Spring break

Everything was great! Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to the beach and a golf cart ride away from restaurants, shops and supermarket. Definitely will stay again.

Sandestin VRBO

Had a good time. Very thankful for use of golf cart-a blessing while driving around resort. We were wanting a restful, relaxing get away and we got it. Condo was perfect and very nice.

Paradise Found

Beautiful and simple property. Right on the lake and a short walk to the pool and the beach. We have stayed in several condos in this property and this one is well maintained and a great stay. Golf cart was great and a short ride to BayTowne. Would be happy to stay there again in the years to come.

Beach Days

We enjoyed a few days at the beach. The water was perfect. The sand was like white powder. And then we would return to our cool, quiet condo to make dinner plans. Very relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sandestin Resort and this house was just what we needed. Very clean. Super quiet at night which is nice when sitting outside on the patio by the pond. Only bummer was the golf cart broke down on us a hour after arriving when we went to go to the grocery store to stock up and had to get a ride back to the house to get our personal car. They did eventually find us a loaner golf cart to temporarily use for a short period of time. I will say management does try everything they can to find a solution to whatever issue you have.

Last Minute Getaway

Property was as advertised. Golf cart was usuable but dated. It did not have a cover which explains why it was dirty and sandy upon arrival. Entry to property was quick and easy. Communication with property management was poor, never heard back after reaching out X2. Resort fees seemed excessive as we didnt have access to certain amenities on site. In the future with more time and availability, we would find a more modern updated location in the future. Golf courses were in poor condition, beach was great but if we would have known the resort takes up 3/4 of it with rental chairs and umbrellas that would have helped. Overall we had a good time, but our experience with VRBO rentals in the past has been much bettter.

Clean, well equipped, excellent location and of course, the golf cart for our transportation to the beach side. The host attended my questions almost immediately, she is very professional. I hope to have the opportunity to rented it for my next stay in Sandestin.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall unit 5080 Beachwalk was in need of serious updating. It looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since it was built. It look like the 1980’s. Old and dingy. We also killed over 10 roaches in the unit during our stay. This is unacceptable. I would not stay in this unit again. On a positive side, the location of the unit was excellent and having access to the golf cart was great. Albeit the golf cart was older and the blinkers did not work.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Miramar Beach many times but booked this place for a holiday weekend, making the rate a bit higher than usual. I could tell from the pictures that it was not completely updated and was ok with that. However, we were not prepared for the strong mildew odor inside the villa as soon as we arrived. There were oddities about the rental including a vent that allowed anyone on the stairs to see into one bedroom, and the steep stairs. The front gate was difficult to latch and hung open most of the time. The back deck was so dirty we could not sit outside and enjoy the waterway behind the villa. The master bed mattress was uncomfortable. I think carpet in Florida is weird. The bathroom toilets were not clean. Overall, we spent very little time in the rental and enjoyed getting around in a golf cart, so it was ok but not worth the hefty booking price. Needs a deep cleaning and updates to justify the current rate.

Safe stay in a Great Location

We all enjoyed our stay. Location is great! The teens enjoyed the freedom of the golf cart. We have stayed at the resort before and apprecciate the variety of activities. The kitchen had what I needed to cook for a group. We loved the outdoor spaces. We had a good amount of beach time and the back porch was nice and quiet after a spring break week with alot of people. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure was great, plenty of towels. The condo was clean, and everyone had enough space.
