"STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

"Good communication with the owner. Not very personable though, just very black & white, to the point. We didnt get to enjoy alot of the amenities because they were closed. They were also replacing carpet in the Luau halls and our floor was one of them. The room was wonderful. Destin was amazing. I would definitely go back. I couldn't pass up the great deal!!"

The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from great food, right across the street from the ocean, and super close to the venue. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again! "
