Nice Place

Complete up front window of entire parking lot. Nice view of large ceiling to floor glass & sliding door to very large balcony with wooden chase loungers and bar table for 4, and cushioned love seat.Nice view of Gulf of America.

Summer Escape

This was my family’s quick getaway before the start of the new school year, and my 7 year old asked to go to her favorite beach. We found this unit and booked it right away. We stay in Ariel Dunes whenever we come to town and we are never disappointed. The unit was clean, we found that the master bed was broken when we went to bed the first night, but management came by the next day and fixed it. The view of the gulf is always spectacular, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked, missing a spatula, but the frying pan was non-stick…so we made it work. For the price, we think we found a deal, and the unit was beautifully decorated. We will definitely book again.

Wacky check in

Don’t think you are going to get all your information a week in advance to check in. We had to contact them several times the day of checking and didn’t get it till 30 minutes after check in time. The unit is nice but lack of cleaning has it little grungy. I’ve never seen a vacation rental that has signs plastered all over. Seems childish. Personally I would keep looking, I want the check in information before I make a 12 Hr drive knowing my unit is secure.

Decent on a budget

While the view was spectacular, it was clear no one had occupied the property for several weeks. All the faucets smelled of sulfur for the first day-and-a-half we were there. The host could have provided more paper goods and maybe a starter pod for laundry. The refrigerator had no working water/ice. Appliances need an update. We would call this "a decent option on a budget". Not terrible at all (again, a fabulous ocean view). But not overly impressive, either.

Great family vacation

Great experience and condo. Easy to get in and out. Great communication. There was some construction going on but it is understandable. If you want a property that is kept up and updated, they have to work on it sometime. Great place to stay.

Relaxing Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The check-in process was very easy and condo was clean. The balcony was a great place to enjoy meals or just relax and take in the view. The bunkbed room is small and I agree with other reviews that a bedrail would be a nice addition for the top bunk. The bunkbed room stayed very hot and we had to put a fan in there to stay cool. There is a window in the bunkbed room and other bedroom that are off the main walk-way but it was not noisy. Elevators move fairly quickly and parking never was an issue. Nice pool that was never crowded and nice workout room. The cons, as other people have mentioned, included the dryer, microwave, and mold on master bathroom ceiling. The dryer did not work well and even after several cycles, clothes were not dry. It also made horrible loud screeching noises. We did call the property management, as others have, so hopefully it has been fixed for future guests. The microwave could be replaced - rust inside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo review

Unit was not very clean. Coffee pot went out first day and received a replacement by management which with a $16 / 5 cup unit very cheap. Couch covers need to be replaced with good furniture. Bunk beds need security railing. Entire unit needs an update. Too far to carry items to the beach which was very crowded

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and the beds were amazing. The view is fantastic and the elevator situation isn’t bad at all. The top bunk bed for the kids has no railing on it, so it was a little scary having a 7 year old sleeping up there. The condo could use a pizza pan and pizza cutter since that’s a fast convenient meal for families with children. The dryer didn’t work well at all. We had to dry clothes 3 times to get them fully dry, and while they were drying, the dryer made a really loud screeching noise the entire time. I called to have it fixed, but it was never fixed during our stay. The dryer situation was my only complaint. We washed clothes and towels a lot during our stay, so the drier situation was really annoying.

Loved our stay!!!

We loved this property. Would go again. Close to the beach. Great views of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of space for our family of five. We had a few minor issues that could be addressed, but nothing that would cause me to not recommend.

Great area, close to the beach

The property could be excellent, but it has old appliances and the microwave is unusable because it is rusted out in side. The master bath has mold on the floor boards by the shower. And the couch covers were very dirty. I will say it is a nice size and the layout is great. The views from the balcony are wonderful. the complex grounds are secure. There is plenty of parking and access to the beach is close and easy to get to by walking.

Very surprised with great Beach view!!

The pictures on line did not do justice to the spectacular view from the entire balcony. Extremely clean and well maintained. The only issue is that the tv's in the bedrooms did not work, could not get any channels. Would highly recommend.

Spring break with the family

The location of the condo was ideal and just a short walk from the beach. It had enough room for our family (6) and all appliances/TVs worked well. Absolutely love that there was a washer and dryer on site. Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring laundry detergent, surface cleaners (409/bleach), coffee filters, garbage bags, dish detergent and your own beach towels. There were no extras, but we were able to get all the beach toys at one of 4 Alvin’s around us. There is also a Whole Foods and Publix near by. We would stay here again, but come with all items needed

Loved the beds lol.

Clean condo, the beds were very comfortable. Some of the best we’ve slept in on vacation. Wonderful view. The 2nd bath was a bit dark. Overall a great place.

Amazing views for Destin

We loved this property. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook when we wanted to stay in. We rented a golf cart to take down scenic gulf drive and rarely used our vehicles. The beds are very soft. My family loved this and wanted to stay an extra week.

Great view and location

Property was exactly as described. Location was close to everything you need. Rooms were spacious and bunk room would be perfect for kids. We had 2 adults in them and both said if they were over 5’9 it’d be tight but great for what we needed. Would absolutely go back

Great Location

We had a great week on the beach! The condo was lovely and spacious. We ate dinners on the balcony every evening and even enjoyed fireworks there one night! It is an easy walk to the beach. It could benefit from some new couches and new chairs at the table. We cooked most of our food and the kitchen supplies were a little sparse. The grocery stores are very close. However, I would definitely go back! You just can’t beat that beautiful water and sugar soft sand!

Girls Trip w/ Infant

The place was very spacious. All of the beds were very comfortable. Even though we were not on the beach, we had a great view and the walk was not bad at all. The unit had everything we needed. There are a couple of things that need to be updated. The rugs through out were extremely dirty. The ice maker did not work, but maintenance brought us a bag of ice. We will consider this place again. Thank for inviting us into your home.

Great Condo

This condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for going to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. We ate all our meals out there as there are plenty of chairs and table space. I loved that there was no carpet in the unit. Made it more sanitary and easy to sweep. The area was very safe and the grounds were clean. My only recommendation would be new couches. They had covers on them that looked worn and dirty. Overall would definitely stay here next time we visit!
