You will also enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer. Beyond the condo itself, you are invited to use the premium resort amenities at Ariel Dunes II. These shared spaces include the outdoor swimming pool, the state of the art fitness center, and the relaxing sauna and steam room. Dedicated elevator access makes moving between the condo and the resort facilities simple and stress free.

Our condominium is perfectly situated in the heart of Miramar Beach, placing you just steps away from the shimmering turquoise waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Getting Around:

Getting to our Miramar Beach condo is simple and convenient. For guests arriving by air, the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is approximately a forty minute drive away, while the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about fifty minutes from the property. While public transportation options in the area are limited, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the coastal surroundings and nearby attractions at your own pace. On site parking is available for your convenience, and accessible parking spots are provided for guests who require them.



Other Things to Note:

ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:

Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony

restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning

October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .

During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various

points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be

temporarily moved inside the units for safety.

Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction

variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and

beautiful.
