el lugar está en muy buenas condiciones , y tiene una vista increible, es comodo, y esta limpio, solo le sugiero al propietario que pongan papel de baño de mejor calidad, lo mismo que papel de cosina y otra cosita que tengan cafe para sus huespedes y que compren tazas para el cafe porque solo habia una, teniamos que compartir el cafe mi esposo y yo porque solo tenian una taza

Ideal location and view of the ocean. However, surprise to us upon arriving that the building was under renovation and the pool was closed our entire stay. Was a huge bummer seeing as we booked this property specifically because of the location and pool to use when not at the beach. (Traveling with a small child). This was not communicated to us ahead of time or anywhere in the listing. I’m big on honesty and transparency especially when it comes to someone’s money. Big red flag- Spend your money elsewhere.

Everything about our stay was great. This place has all the amenities you want from a hotel with none of the check in hassle. We got in pretty late and were able to park and get into the room with ease. The location is great, it’s a short walk tot he beach and the building has a pool and a hot tub area right outside. In and out parking makes it easy to get to anything else you could want to see. Plus, the view is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The view of the gulf was amazing! We would stay in one of the condos again, but one with a full kitchen. The condo was very tidy.

We loved the room and the location! It was perfect. Easy walk to the beach with great views! Only negative thing for the whole stay was the air conditioning didn’t work well. It was 74-77 average in the room the entire time.

Overall good experience; there were not very many luggage carts, we were on the 17th floor, so we had to make multiple trips to and from the car. I also think it would be helpful to notate on the listing that there is only a kitchenette in this unit, without a cook top or oven. The pool was very nice and access to the beach was easy, however the beach was very crowded. We still had a great time!

The carpet is terribly gross, but the room did fantastic view! One of the hotel elevators was out of order apparently for weeks, making it a lengthy wait for getting to and from your room.

The room was disgusting. Mildew on shower curtain, mold, water leaking spots that were painted over, lights not working, so much dust, items under bed that wasn’t even ours, out of AC for 24 hours and never got it fixed. Water went out, only one elevator working for 19 floors. No Wi-Fi working. Custom service help line as a joke.

For the price we paid for the property I was not impressed. It was old and dirty. The carpet was disgusting. And it was much smaller than the pictures in the listing made it look. Instructions on how to actually get into the property were vague and confusing

I’ve rented studios before & this was by far the smallest. When it said steps to the beach, I assumed, which is my fault, that I would be able to sit & hear the ocean from my room, but with no opening windows, I was very disappointed. There were no blankets for the pull out sofa, so we had to go buy them. Having SEVERE allergies, the dust blowing out of the air duct was ridiculous. Taking it upon ourselves, we dusted the vent which piled in the floor it was so bad, I took pictures & the filter was even worse! Places on walls looked like they’d been patched for a while but remained unpainted. Just was on impressed overall.

We were in town for a friend's destination wedding. Room was great. I must have misread the coffee description, it's a Keurig, not a coffeepot, but that was easily rectified. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Views were perfect. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Luau in SanDestin and it won't be the last.

Carpet was NASTY! No balcony that was advertised, “kitchenette” was a small sink, small fridge and a tiny microwave that didn’t work right. Pool tiki bar closed at 5, so there was no option to eat supper there. Very few carts for moving luggage. Overall a bad experience.
