Had a wonderful vacation at Tivoli 5245, loved the location, the golf cart was the key to getting to the beach, etc. Beds comfy no issues!

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and well appointed. To enter, you do have two flight of stairs that may be an issue for some. The beds were very comfortable. The property is centrally located and great for accessing all areas of Sandestin. It was a nice experience.

Beach weekend

Enjoyed the condo. The only negative is booking through VRBO, the fees are high. Would go directly through the rental management next time.

Updated and spacious, it’s great for families with kids. Great view of the golf course. Our 3 year olds especially loved the golf cart rides and the pool right up the street. The convenience of riding the golf cart to the wharf and grocery store is hard to beat. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Location / As advertised

This condo was just as advertised and was very clean. The unit looks to be recently remodeled and was very comfortable. The only things that anyone needs to be aware when renting are; this is a upper level unit and there are 25 very steep stairs that you need to go up to get into the condo. Second , the washer and dryer are very loud - so run these when your headed out to the beach. These are minor issues and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What you see is what you get.

Very clean and comfortable. 2 coffee pots but no coffee. Asked to place dishes in dishwasher but no dish soap. No hand hand soap through condo. The condo was nice but nothing extra.

Parking

Made contact with property manager about broken branches where everyone parks. out of six to seven spaces only two had no branches ready to fall. that was Saturday. We left Thursday and still was not done. And there was tree company two buildings down. The maintenance could have pulled them down.

Dirty, dated and broken!

Floors were filthy, drain was clogged and dryer never worked. They sent someone in to “re-clean” to no avail. Our infant was covered in dirt the minute he hit the floor. The dryer never work so we didn’t have the opportunity to wash all his trashed clothes. The dryer never worked. Maintenance confirmed it but repair person never showed when promised. I requested a refund of our cleaning fee and never heard back from them.very disappointed!

Not the best place we’ve stayed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Advised the dryer was extremely loud & would only dry after 3 cycles. They did send someone out right away but he couldn’t fix it & advised someone else would be out. They never showed up. The ice from the ice maker stunk, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes so hand washed everything, the golf cart wouldn’t hold a charge, the right side master faucet had weak water pressure.

The condo floors were not clean when we arrived. Our feet were instantly black from the floors.
