Pictures were very misleading. We feel like it was over priced. Its basically an appointment. The place wasnt as clean as we would expected them to be. My big issue there was roaches and the washer and dryer. We were not told until we were heading down there that we have to pay for the washer/dryer and that they aren't responsible for them. They sucked and its cost 2.50 per wash and 2 to dry. So, id advise to bring change. The owners were very understanding and tried their best to make everything perfect.

Easy check-in and check-out with smart lock(no keys involved) - unit was clean - lots of seating in the living room - beds were very comfortable with adequate storage for clothes - outside patio had a nice view of the golf course - unit has outside storage area with beach chairs umbrella wagon and beach toys for available use - kitchen was well equipped with plates silverware pots and pans - loved the Kerig coffee maker - area has parking right across from the beach - very quiet area - host for this unit was very communicative prior to our stay - we loved this unit!

Seascape stay

We were very happy with our stay. We have several little kids with us and we had no stairs to climb that was a big plus. The kids stayed occupied the whole time. The outside was a beautiful view. We were right on the golf course. We got to watch ppl play golf all day. Everyone was so friendly. The manage was amazing she gave me her phone number and I had contacted her twice and she answered both times.

good response from owners and property manager

Unfortunately the washer/dryer in the breezeway of the condo was not working. the owner/property manager could not get Seascape to repair in a timely manner. Liron and Renee helped us with the laundry situation. Overalll anytime we stay at Seascape it is a good experience.

Amazing property with golf, pool, amd walking distance to the beach. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, and fabulous outdoor space for dining overlooking the golf course.

Nice resort, good for music festivals

We stayed for a week to attend a music festival with friends, aged 65+. The location is really great, easy access to the beach, the venue and shopping. We did have a few things we wanted to point out for this unit: 1. When we checked in, the top bunk had dirty sheets, we had to wash them immediately, as there were no others available. 2. The washer and dryer are NOT inside the unit. They are outside, underneath the stairs and costs $5.50 per load. If you want to use them, you will need to go get some quarters. 3. The floors were dirty, if you go barefoot in the unit, you will end up with black feet. 4. The unit is a condo, not a villa. You have upstairs neighbors, which you can hear very well. If you are not used to this, it will be a big annoyance. Bring ear plugs. 5. The beach chairs and umbrella is a nice touch, but have seen better days. 6. The unit is dog friendly and supplied doggie bags. We liked being able to bring our little dog. 7. Instructions are to throw everything away, including unopened items. It would have been nice to have at least some basic pantry items in the cabinets, but we ended up just packing everything we purchased to cook with into out suitcases. We did leave leftover toilet paper and paper products for the next guest.

Cozy condo

We stayed at the condo for 8 days. After about day 4 I messaged the owner requesting fresh towels, the owner quicker replied and had us towels in less than 12 hours. The owner is very kind, and responsive to concerns/needs. This condo is super close to the heated pool, this was very convenient for us. The person who was in the condo above us consistently stomped around the master bedroom area of the condo 10pm-2am. Overall we had a wonderful experience!!!!

Family fun

We enjoyed our 5 day stay . The facilities well accommodated our large diverse group. There was something to do for all the different ages. The house was clean , cool and smelled good when we arrived after riding all day . . It was super easy to check in and the hosts were there on the spot to answer all of my many questions . I highly recommend !!!

The entry was a little confusing, but once you figure that out everything was smooth. You must read the email to a T, to make sure everything is not missed. Overall everyone enjoyed their stayed and experienced. Could give more personal information about restaurants and review.
