The townhouse is in a great location. We could walk to dinner and entertainment. The house was beautiful and the pool was very large. Everything was well-kept. We had a few minor issues, but the property management company was super responsive. It was a great stay and we will be back!

Great Location!

Spacious, clean, and wonderful location to the beach as well as shops, grocery, etc. Community pool was a plus. No complaints here, we enjoyed our stay.

Property is great if looking for something close to the beach. Lots of space for a large group. We had 12 total and had plenty of space! Would recommend upgrading the mattresses- very uncomfortable and the bunk beds have deep indentations in the center making them very hard to sleep on. Otherwise- perfect for what we wanted!!

Short getaway

First time back to the area in 13 years. Property was just as described. We loved that the walk to the beach was only a few minutes. So convenient. We would definitely book again! The rental was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 6 children and did not feel cramped at all.

Spring Break 2024

We had a fabulous time! There were 9 people in our group. We had plenty of room for everyone and room for more if we wanted! The house is even better than advertised! Location, location, location was amazing! Great beach access! Highly recommend this house for your visit to Miramar Beach! You won’t be disappointed!🌴☀️🕶️

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were when going to the beach the people who were in the building across the street were rude about us setting up a tent and a couple of us almost busted it going out the front door. The mat is extremely slippery. Be careful!! We def recommend this place! Everything was as described and the issue we had with the beach had nothing to do with this owner!! When we go back to Miramar we hope to be able to stay here again!!

Loved this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very roomy, beautifully decorated, and an amazing location. Everything was just as pictured on the listing. The beach is literally across the street and the pool was a hit with the kids. We received 2 calls checking in on us, so that was nice to know that they were concerned about our happiness with the place. The only negative that resulted in the 4/5 cleanliness is that our comforter in the master bedroom needed to be washed (we handled ourselves) and all the rugs in the house need to be cleaned. I realize this is a tricky thing to handle and can’t be done weekly but they still need to be in some type of cleaning rotation. With that being said, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful condo

Everything was perfect. Condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Great location. Beach access directly across the street. Easy walk to a few restaurants. Nice little patio with a grill. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were big and updated. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again!

Close to the Beach

Good size property and it was nice that the reservation dates were flexible and we could stay for less than a week. Short walk to the beach. It would have been nice if we could have checked in early just to unload the van.

Perfect Location

This condo was great, very clean and updated. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom and we never felt crowded at all. We had so much fun and the location was perfect and just steps away from the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for a week and it was very pleasant. There is a VERY short walk to the beach with private access. There was enough rooms and beds for everyone. The house was clean and overall great place to stay at!

Great location, nice large place. Dirty barbecue grill, all of the different room's rugs weren't clean and living room couches were dirty with lots of stains. Kitchen is missing some essential elements for families vacationing like waffle maker and sandwiches press.

Awesome experience

This was our first time staying on the gulf coast. The property is excellent and laid out well. We had 10 people and never felt like we were crowded. My only complaint is the community pool. It didn't seem to be filtering like it should. Other than that it was well worth the price.

Overall it was an amazing week and experience. The condo is beautiful and the only downside was the non-functioning clothes dryer. Lisa who works for the management company was outstanding and did her best to make our stay memorable. We would highly recommend this property to others in the future and hope to stay there again ourselves.

Home on the Beach

The pictures don't do the place justice. Nicely decorated, lovely furnishings, and well equipped for a vacation home. Easy access to the beach by walking across the street, and close to stores and restaurants.
