We loved the property layout and close proximity to pool. It says the pool is not heated but it was. The golf cart was great for the short ride to the beach. We loved our stay!

Great Property and Location

We love Sandestin and this place is very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of for our elderly family. Plenty going on for the kids. Rooms are quite and furniture is comfy. We'll come back again!

Thanksgiving Week

Everything was fantastic except, dryer did not dry. Electrical sockets in most rooms didn't work especially on the kitchen counters. In other rooms the plugs wouldn't stay in socket. Didn't have enough knives. As long as you know it was great.

Great Week

We had a great week at this property. The beach is easy to get to but we spent more time in the pool as it’s very close and was never busy. The golf cart is great and we had a blast riding around and exploring. We did hear a little noise from the unit above us on the first night but it wasn’t too bad. We would Consider staying here again.

The unit was very dirty, I sent over several pictures to show how dirty the unit was. I was embarrassed to have my family stay. It was clear it hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long time. Here is a list of the issues, floor and carpet extremely dirty. Stove had standing grease on the vent-a-hood, celling fan in master didn't work and I had to purchase a fan at the store myself when maintenance could not fix it. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Enough dust on the furniture to write your name with; all the furniture coverings and throw pillows are nasty and should be replaced. Additionally, several pillow covers were ripped. Tile was broken in the family room. Black mold in the master shower. Dining table chair with broken leg that would come off of the bottom of the chair when moved. I paid far too much for this disappointment, it was so bad we checked out three days early. I will never rent on VRBO again.

Great Vacation!!

Our stay at 5272 Tivoli couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was beautiful and very clean and the weather and beach were fantastic. Having the golf cart was a great extra too. The only problem was there was a family above with young boys that ran back and forth and screamed at all hours of the day and night but we managed to deal with it. Thank you for a great week!!!

Perfect place for a vacation

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything from the patio overlooking the pond, walking distance to the pool, an extremely comfortable bed, the golf cart, and closeness to the beach. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen didn’t work and the previous renters put their dirty towels in a basket in the main bathroom, which they weren’t supposed to do so housecleaning obviously didn’t know they were there. These were minor so that’s why we rated it high.

Last minute family fun

Overall property nice although the appliances were pretty cheap, noisy or a little funky to operate. The wifi had to be rebooted 4 to 5 times daily if we wanted to watch television. When it did operate it was nice as they had netflix and prime. Towels were scratchy but absorbant and trash bags supplied should not have been used as way too thin. Location was walkable to the beach and central inside the resort. Golf cart was a life safer giving us 2 modes of transport for the 6 of us. We had a great time and would recommend this vrbo although next time we will go to a place that is a little more quiet. Way too many people everywhere, especially the beach.

Short family getaway

This is an excellent property in Sandestin. We have come here for decades and have family and friends that own property here and this is one of our favorite neighborhoods to stay. So easy to pull right up to the door and unload. When leaving it was raining a bit so we were able to load through the garage without getting wet. The management company was easy to deal with and made our stay stress free!!!! The property is vey spacious clean and for those who like patio area the balcony is enormous and great for end of the day relaxing!

Great Location

My family of 5 settled nicely here for our weekend getaway. Take some board games to prepare for a rainy indoor day. The property was clean and so thankful the kitchen was stocked (dishes). My only minor complaint was that most of the pillows are feather and the feathers poke through when lying on them, making for a bit of discomfort sleeping. I would have taken my own pillows had I known. It really wasn’t a problem and did NOT hinder our stay. The golf cart was a great accessory to have. We were able to maneuver to The Village more efficiently each day. Will definitely book again.

The people upstairs were very loud children who ran across the floor at night had us up with little to no sleep. Found Hair in the shower that was there prior to us taking a shower. There was a open Frosty Flakes box left in the cabinet to the left side.

Great Location

The location was great, It was on the better side of the property. The Villa was spacious and the golf cart was a great way to get around. The property could have been cleaned much better- leftover cereal on floors, garbage under couch and the cushions. You need to have your cleaning crew do a much better job between renters! Furniture was old worn and need a definite upgrade! Downside is you can hear the people upstairs walking around ALL of the TIME! Overall we would stay here again if things were updated.

Great Trip with Kids!

This property was fantastic for our young family. There was enough privacy and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook some but incredibly close to shopping and restaurants. The pool in the community was lovely and the beach was a short jaunt which worked out well with two kids under 4. Thanks again!
