Family Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for my family of 13! It has 4 bedrooms which is perfect for all my kids and spouses to have their own rooms and for those who have littles were able to set up pack n’ plays. The only issue we had is the bunk beds did not have guard rails so the littles couldn’t utilize that bed and had to sleep on the bottom with the parents. But overall this condo was absolutely perfect, clean and beautiful views for all!

Springbreak 2024

Our first trip to Miramar and we will return. Any problems we had were quickly taken care of and followup calls were greatly appreciated. We never saw management but they were definitely tuned in. It was springbreak and there was noise especially late at night. Truthfully that was my only complaint. I might add that getting wagons with beach gear was a difficult task with no ramps and was not tried after the first day.

The pros - condo was very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels, large dining table, gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf; assessable, to golf, shopping, and restaurants. Condo contained a beach umbrella, and a boogie board and a few infant items. The cons - all mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and we did not feel rested in the morning. One out of three elevators were out of order the whole week which made for some long waits. Access to the beach was not kid friendly or handicap assessable - made it difficult to take children down multiple steps with all the beach gear. Wouldn’t advise paying the $50 a day for the two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach chairs were very narrow and uncomfortable. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool, therefore when it storms, you are not allowed to use any of the pool facilities. Overall, the 11 of us - ranging from 1 to 63 enjoyed our stay, and would return if new mattresses were provided. The condo was very lovely and we had a great time.

The space was wonderful. We was there without a washer ten entire stay and the dryer didn’t work at first maintenance came and fixed the dryer along side of my dad’s assistance. The air conditioner leaked under the closet door. I was fearful that my elderly mother would slip and fall so I was concerned and constantly wiping up the water.

Great stay!

Beautiful views and a fabulous place to stay. Everything was comfortable and well appointed but some of the main floor furniture was a bit tired (mainly the living room). Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

Amazing Penthouse Condo

My kids, grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at your beautiful condo. We were happy to find this rental. Our Southwest flight from Milwaukee to Orlando was suddenly canceled on December 27. So instead of a Disney vacation—-we decided to drive to Destin.( arriving on December 28). Our grocery list was extensive ( including all spices). Other than that— we experienced a fabulous beach vacation at your beautiful condo. Thank you.

Birthday Vacation

My husband and I wanted somewhere we could stay with our family and this had enough space for everyone that we invited. The only thing that I did notice is that some of the furniture needs to be update or cleaned really well. Other than that it was awesome and the view was amazing!

Amazing views, but the interior could use a buff.

This place offered amazing views of the beach. The water was absolutely gorgeous when we went. We did have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we were unaware of because this is listed as a beachfront property, but it really did not make a difference as the walk was short. My knocks on this penthouse are that the furniture seemed a bit outdated for the price that we paid, the dishwasher racks were broken and difficult to use, and the oven never cooked anything under the appropriate time frames (we constantly had to cook our food longer, sometimes twice as long, in order for it to be cooked properly). There was a light in the entryway that intermittently blinked also. I have seen some other people complain of this, and it seems like these items aren’t being addressed. I would stay here again, But not until these items are addressed. If I am paying for a penthouse, I want everything to be in full working order.

TLCVIP EVENT

⭐️🥂We rented 7 penthouses for our event and this was the most well appointed property. The furnishings were amazing, the property was spotless, the wifi fast for streaming live video footage without interruption. Now let’s talk about the view. This side of HEAVEN the very best it gets. The energy off the ocean is hypnotic!❤️ You will not be disappointed!!!
