This is a great and spacious property!It is in a perfect location and the two golf carts make it easy to get around. This was our second stay there and we will definetly be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property! It was beautifully maintained, easily accessible, and spotlessly clean. The entire family loved staying there. The house featured an impressive surround sound system that connected seamlessly throughout the house.The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals for the family. The golf carts were a fantastic convenience, allowing us to navigate the property with ease.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The property exceeded our expectations in every way.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Have stayed in other locations in same property and this was a great one. Bed set up was nice with the extra bunk room space. The 2 golf carts is a major bonus with lots of young adults. There were some issues with cleanliness which were adressed immediately by the host. The location feels like the owners must stay there and feels homey and comfortable. Would certainly consider staying here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and stayed plenty cool during our hot July days. Location was excellent - short golf cart ride to the beach, the Village, and Grande Blvd. Plenty of space for 6 people. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great vacation!

The house was perfect for our baseball vacation! We had 3 families, 12 total including 6 kids and it was the perfect space. Very clean and easy access to beach and pool with the golf carts which also made it a lot of fun for the kids to ride in! Would definitely stay here again!

Ever thing was real nice and we all had a great time! Nothing but trouble with the warn out golf carts! That was the only disappointment we experienced. We saw lots of real nice golf carts, sorry that we didn’t have one. All in all it was a great stay!

Assessment of property

Pubic hairs were found on the bathroom floor. Porch furniture not wiped down Top of toilet tank was not wiped down While I realize this is a rental the furniture very much needed to be replaced (sofa, living room chairs) Front bedroom mattress was sloping. All mattresses need to be replaced. Front toilet handle needs to be replaced. You would have to jiggle it to stop if from running. Mold in front shower.

Nice location, but dirty

The location is amazing and easy to get to the beach, Grand Blvd., and Baytowne Wharf. The two golf carts are nice but the six seater only goes about 11 mph so you hold up traffics wherever you go. The four seater is fast but had a bolt looses on one of the arms so it made a loud noise anytime you drove it. The house is dirty, wow I read the past reviews that said it needed to be deep cleaned and figured they might have deep cleaned but they have not. We could not turn on any of the fans because they were covered in dust. When you walk up to the loft do not look down as you see dust everywhere. The vents are covered in dust. The outdoor patio has mold/mildew all over the place. There is a leak somewhere in the roof that is dripping water down above the TV. Don’t get me wrong my family had a great time and enjoyed our stay but just be prepared for a dusty place.

Roofing our rental

The rental company did not disclose that they were re-roofing our entire building. Clay shards were thrown off the roof onto our walkways, large machinery and dumpsters took up a lot of our parking area, boards covered our air conditioning unit which made it difficult to keep our units cool, and the noise was intolerable at times. We had our four young grandsons who required naptime and this was very difficult to achieve due to all the pounding. Two of our bedrooms head dirty sheets in the master bathtub had mold in the jets and the intake filter. Towels from the previous renters were left in our hamper. The Units in our building should never have been rented with the roof work being done. It was far too dangerous and noisy. Tivoli is a Beautiful area but this particular visit was unacceptable

Great location and decor, but needs TLC and more cleaning

We loved staying here and may possibly again. The size of the property, location, rooms and baths - were all great. However please please please clean / powerwash the patio - significant mildew and bugs on the patio made it hard to enjoy it. The patio ceiling fan is completely rusted, I don't know how someone hasn't addressed this. Two very large "palmetto bugs" were found in the house at different points during our stay. The loft bunk bedroom is great but you can see how filthy other parts of the kitchen are from the view up there (years of dust and old toys thrown up onto the tops of kitchen structure). Significant water damage on ceiling and down the wall in the living room. Water damage in one of the bedrooms. None of this made our stay un-enjoyable; we LOVE Sandestin beach resort and everyone had a wonderful time. But the property could sure use some TLC. Although we would consider coming back, will likely shop around next time first. If this place is improved we would definitely book again. Location is super.

The condo was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone. The resort was beautiful. Golf carts were a nice touch to get around the resort in a fun way.

Not Clean

This property is filthy. Not dirty. Filthy. Yes ,They offered to come reclean it. We declined. It needs a week of cleaning from years of neglect not weeks. If anyone wants to see pictures of it please email me at jdz5@verizon.net. Ceiling fans looked like they were wearing a sweater. Same goes for the intake for the A/C. Mice poop in cabinets. Crumbs and food pieces left in pantry .Mold in showers. Many broken items. Floor was filthy . Doorknob falling off. Broken Faucet. Water was leaking on washer first time we used it. Someone left glasses under the bed with a dust blanket with it. a pair of underwear left up in the loft. I am guessing they really did not disinfect the place after use. Pretty big water leak above TV as well. Many other small issues. Place would be great with a good cleaning and some repairs. Right now I would stay away from 5297. I loved the location and would be willing to go back there if cleaned. If not, there where a few on Tivoli to choose from. Same management company, but maybe other owners take some pride in their place. We stayed a few units down 2 years ago and it was immaculate.

Huge and comfy

Loved staying here. Perfect for our large family with seven children. Lots of personal spaces for those quiet times; lots of common areas for meals and games and hanging out. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding and furniture. Would love to visit again.

We loved having our covid free family Thanksgiving here.

Our only 4 star was that no mone was able to get the 6 seater golf cart to run. Someone came once and that didn't work. Called two more times with no response..

Spacious and beautiful condo in convenient location

There was plenty of room in this condo for our family. It was decorated very nice and was clean. Very convenient to the beach and entertainment. We would definitely return to this property again.

Loved the property

Everything was absolutely amazing. The only issue was that there were two gentleman that were checking out the unit below us and had parked taking up both spots out front. I kindly asked them if they were staying in the unit below and let them know that there was supposed to be space for two cars out front, as they were taking up both spaces. Originally I thought the spots were reserved for the units they were in front of. The gentleman that responded was not very polite in letting me know that all of the parking is open parking. The other guy that was with him was much kinder and did let me know that they were not staying and the spaces would be available for our group. On a better note, one of the guys in our group lost his phone at the beach. Through a series of calls (not by us), the property manager emailed and texted to reach us and let us know the phone was recovered and who we needed to contact to get it. We were not even aware that the phone was missing until I got the text. They were prompt and kind in their communication.

Amazing Choice for Beach Trip!

Before I get into how great this property was I would like to recommend one thing to travelers who will book here: schedule a cab service ahead of time for all restaurants/other outings. Ubers and Lyfts are extremely scarce out here (we didn't know if this was due to COVID or not). Besides that, we loved this property!! The house was spacious and very nice, with all items you will need for the kitchen. The beach is gorgeous and only a very short golf cart ride away. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend.

Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend at this house. There is plenty of space and everyone had a great time. The golf carts were an awesome thing to have since it was difficult to figure out the tram schedule. Would definitely stay here again!
