Good location, had coffee every morning on the balcony, decent view of the water, all the walls and trim showed signs of wear, all the rugs were wore out, says it sleeps 8, would be be very crowded, as only 1-2 people can fit in the kitchen. Needed a deep cleaning. Needs a powe wash of the balcony, stairwell and entranceway. Beach service included was a plus! Has two cupboards full of glasses and cups, no room to put your food. Would not stay again.

Nice little spot for a small family or couple. Beach access and location make up for anything that isn’t perfect. Could have been a little cleaner, but wasn’t worth complaining about. Stay here for the beach and location, and use it as a place to sleep!

Great Place

Place was clean and well stocked. Great access to beach and included 2 beach chairs with umbrella. Pompano Joe's beach bar was fantastic and convenient. Kids approved of the walking distance to the rolled ice cream shop. We will definitely add this to our favorites for future visits.

Perfect condo

This condo was amazing! Clean comfortable and convenient are most important to us. Loved the crisp comfy linens and many towels. Sitting on balcony with coffee or a mimosa was so relaxing while looking at the ocean. Pool and grounds are immaculate. Walk to beach was literally 3 min. and so easy... then use of beach chairs and umbrella are much appreciated. Rental guy took very good care of us. All communication with Ocean Reef was excellent! I highly recommend

Great Location!

Our stay at Tradewinds was amazing! The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. The condo was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our week. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and both patios had great views. The only issue we ran into was parking. There is only one spot and we had 2 drivers. The parking lot was empty most of our week there but we still could not get an extra parking pass from the rental company and our first night there, our family member with a handicap tag got a pink slip for parking in the lot without a tradewinds tag. It won't keep me from staying there again, however, I would encourage you to find overnight parking ahead of time if you have more than 1 car coming and plan to pay for that ahead of time.

Mornings watching the ocean from the balcony, beautiful accommodations inside and the freedom for everyone to come and go with a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great Stay, but a few things to know

The property was as represented: cute updated and inviting. It had all the basics to eat at home, space for 3 teens and mom and dad plus close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shop! We had a blast playing poker at the table, we brought our chips but they also have a set there, and a few other games as well as some beach chairs for use. . There are a few things that you should know before reserving: the master bed MUST be updated, half of it is broken/sagging/sinking the other half is ok, and the master head board should be attached to the wall. It is very hard to sleep comfortably on a broken mattress. While there have been updates to the condo the finish detail work is still in need of completion- corner round at the base boards missing in some areas and the paint trim around light switches should be completed, these are 2 little things but once these are finished and the mattress replaced, the property is perfect. One last item, don’t hang your towels on the balcony to dry, this is not allowed. Thank you for a great, quick weekend getaway.

Great visit!

Nice condo that has everything you need for the week. Very short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe’s Restaurant. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. The pool was good for my kids. I enjoyed sitting on the patio during the mornings and evenings. Can’t go wrong with this updated condo!
