This Unit is one of the best as far as kitchen supplies. All Fully stocked with whatever you need for cooking! Almost any kitchen device you can imagine is here. Also did not see it in the list of amenities but there is a Kurig coffee brewer. Appliances work perfectly and are pretty new (Induction Range). Thank you.Very quiet, spacious, updated & clean condo with great ocean views with 2 outdoor patios. Furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Very large flat screen TV in the LR and easy to use. Internet is very stable and fast-over 200 Mbps. Love it.Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Beach access is great. Would stay again.

We had the best time!! The condo is BEAUTIFUL!! It is exactly as described. The view of the nature preserve and the coast is stunning. The beach is less crowded in the area in front of Tops’l. I will definitely be booking again in the future

Amazing views

My family and I have been going to Destin almost every year for over 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It is very nicely appointed and decorated. But the view…did I mention the view? It’s just amazing. Two walls of windows with the view of the beautiful water and nature preserve, it’s just perfect. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Loved the view of the ocean from this condo! All the updates & new appliances were nice! The only issue we had was the information given to us on how to access the gym, hot tub & pool were wrong. We were given an access code for all. We did not know we had to search for a key fob.

Beautiful Property

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was perfect and the decor was modern and up to date. The beach wasn't too busy and we watched a pod of dolphins from the balcony and then ran to the beach to get a closer view! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Manor has to offer!

We’ve stayed at three different Beach Manor at Tops’l units over the course of four years, and #701 was the best so far! The decor is lovely, the updated kitchen is well-stocked and functional (and I LOVED the pink cookware!) Everything was cleaner then I expected for a beach rental. The two balconies and different views was a great aspect of this corner unit. And listen—THE MASTER BED WAS HEAVEN, especially the pillows! I couldn’t even drag myself out of it for a morning beach walk. I inspected the pillows so that I can buy similar ones for home. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and I can’t recommend this particular unit highly enough.

Great 4 night stay!

Nice renovated corner unit with great views of the ocean! Had a very nice time and would come back. Highlights: - the view - unit feels modern, up to date, and well cared for - beach chairs and umbrellas are provided - had no issues using the facilities, sitting where we wanted on the beach, etc. - washer dryer is huge and very convenient to have - covered parking on the ground floor of the building Minor critiques: - Owner asks for AC not to be set below 71, which didn’t always do an adequate job in the living room where there’s a lot of sunlight. The temp sensor is in a naturally cooler part of the unit. - Can stream Netflix in bedroom but couldn’t figure it out in the living room

Great Experience

Beautiful, convenient. I would suggest a cookie sheet for the chicken nugget loving kiddos. :) Had an issue with the a/c, and it was handled so quickly. We'll be back.
