The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and updated. We were on the beachfront so from the elevator it was steps to the beach. The pool for the building was just finished and it is beautiful. We had a fabulous time!

Great view and resort!

The check-in process was a breeze and the place was better than expected. Upon arrival, the condo smelled clean and was welcoming. The appliances looked brand new including the washer and dryer. We loved the balcony with the updated furniture and the view was incredible. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to travel around the resort for meals and to get to the grocery store. There was a closet full of beach items: beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, and boogie boards. There was a coffee maker and a Keurig plus the freezer had an ice maker. All of the furniture was beautiful, and the only negatives were the squeaky king sized bed and uncomfortable mattress. If the mattress was replaced, we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Lovely

I am so happy with our stay. It was our first vacation as a family - my husband and our 2 year old son. It was perfect. We got to the condo late at night so we didn’t get to see the view until the next morning. When we opened those curtains in the bedroom the next at sunrise we were so giddy. It is even more beautiful than the pictures!! Everything about the condo was great. Updated, clean, comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony while our son napped. The beach is wonderful and we loved how close we were to the Beach House next door. But hands down my son would say his favorite part was the golf cart! We loved the grounds at San Destin and all it had to offer. And having a golf cart was amazing. Our golf cart was able to get us anywhere we needed to go, even the grocery store. The Wharf was so kid friendly but I could also see coming back in the future with grandparents so my husband and I could go there for a date night. We definitely want to be back and stay in this beautiful condo again. Note- when we arrived we couldn’t figure out the AC. I texted the property manager and she responded right away and also sent someone right away the next morning for the quick fix. I was very impressed! Would recommend 100%

Really nice condo

Condo was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The living room furniture needs some cleaning otherwise all was good. My only complaint was that we really couldn't enjoy the balcony because of the pot and cigarette smoke from the unit below. Wonderful vacation

Beautiful view

This was a great spot with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. When we arrived one of the elevators was broken (not main elevator). We started to walk up the stairs to realized the numbering of the rooms did not relate to the floor number. The only place to find where the room number that coordinates to the floor you are on is in the main elevator. After figuring this out we were quickly able to find our room. On our last day someone in the room next door started smoking on their balcony and the smoke was so heavy that just opening the sliding glass door let the smell of the smoke into the room. I contacted the property manager to let them know and did not get a response that confirmed whether or not smoking was allowed in the building. We would not have been able to sit on the balcony with our daughter if the smoking had been going on our whole trip. Due the management company not being able to let us know whether or not smoking was allowed we would not book here again.

Beautiful condo, amazing views, good location!

The pictures and description of the property is exactly what you get. The views from the bedroom and living room balcony are not enhanced, it truly looks that way! I liked staying in a condo on the 13th floor not only for the views but you get to look for ocean life as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. It had a variety of beach items in the closet, we left a cooler for others to use. Being right there on the beach was perfect. We went back and forth from the pool to the beach as we pleased. The end of August seemed to be a good choice because both the pool and beach were not overly crowded. We enjoyed the late night walks on the beach watching the ghost crab and views of the buildings all lit up. We took an Uber to spend an evening at the boardwalk, lots of things to do and places to eat. We also took the tram to Baytowne wharf, neat shops and restaurants to choose from. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. The parking and building layout was nice. There were issues with two of the elevators when we were leaving which could have been really stressful if we were on a timeframe to catch a flight. On the positive side, stairs were fine so I could work off the few extra lbs from all the vacation eating anyways. Overall we would absolutely recommend this condo and plan to stay again. We were married on the beach a few years ago so Destin will always be our special place to visit with many more memories to come.

Great vacation!

Everything at this facility was amazing from the staff to cleanliness to the way things worked. The only bit of advice I would give is to make sure all elevators are functional.

Wonderful Condo

This was a nice and updated condo. Plenty of things to do nearby. The only thing that we weren't huge fans of is beach area. It is extremely crowded to a point of where you have to go through a maze to get to the water. No fault of the condo though. It was great.

Pleasant stay

The condo was nice and clean. It had a beautiful view on the balcony where we relaxed a bunch. We loved the condo, but the beach situation left something to be desired. This is not the fault of the condo owner at all. We were unhappy with the chair and umbrella rental process of the condo company. They would go out at 7am and put about 300 chairs down and it took the majority of the beach. You could either pay $80 for two chairs and an umbrella or set up your own chairs up on the water partially or behind all of the condo company chairs about 50ft back with no view. More than half of the chairs were not even used the whole day, but yet they stood. And they were elbow to elbow. Again, we enjoyed the condo and the balcony, but we came for the beach experience and the rental chairs ruined it. We will not be returning to this condo for that reason. There was NO relaxing on the beach.

Beautiful beach and condo

We loved everything. The view was spectacular. The condo's decor was lovely. The bed was a little soft for me. It was great having a restaurant right beside us. We liked the bus shuttle service. It would be better if the bus could take you right to the Publix though. Overall a great stay.

Can’t Control Others

Beautiful condo, locked out of property twice once for 2 hours, the other for 30 min) (gate had no power), one elevator for everyone which caused major wait times to use. Booked this 8 months in advance to find out that there would be electric issues for 3 days (lasted half day on the 4th day) with only 24 hours notice. Offered a different property that was less nice as an option.

Beautiful property

The moment we walked in the door I knew that I would absolutely love it. The views alone from the windows are breathtaking. My husband, daughter, and I stayed in this gorgeous place for Spring Break and couldn’t have been happier. We spent a lot of time either at the pool or beach. Daily walks at night and beautiful morning views while drinking coffee. Definitely will be back again!

Cooler weather , beautiful beach. The view from our 13 th floor was spectacular. The sunsets were breathtaking. The only complaint we have is the codes were changed before we arrived and we were not notified.
