The host was responsive and handled an issue with check in (our fault) in a timely manner! The beds are definitely on the firmer end which made it uncomfortable, but that is not a fault to the home- more a preference thing and I’m just including as a detail! The location is great and right on the beach. Also close to everything (shops, dinner, etc). Giving it 4 stars because i wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. Some places were clean and updated and other spaces just looked dated and used. Having a heated pool was a nice option and the kitchen was stocked with basics! We had 2 families with 3 littles and 2 teens and it held everyone just fine.

We enjoyed the location of this place! Very near the beautiful beaches. Unfortunately the pickleball courts and the game room were undergoing renovations at the time of our stay and we were not able to use either so check with your host before booking to make sure they are able to be used .

View and Accessibility were Wonderful!!

This condo will be on one of our favorite lists! The view was wonderful, and it is located on the 3rd floor right outside the elevator. You can walk straight onto the beach. Also, there are no high-rise condos next to this one and that made it so wonderful... less crowed and more family friendly. Now, we did go early May for that reason. The chair guys were also so wonderful and helpful!! Also, there are outlets right across the street.. a Chick-fil-A and tons of other things right around the condo.

Great Time in Miramar

We had a wonderful time! The place was spacious, had a huge washer, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach, and groceries, stores and restaurants were in walking distance. The hot tub and heated pool were great on the one cool and rainy day that we had. Beach chairs were a nice plus and the ability to rent kayaks too.

Condo was perfect for two couples. Loved heated pool and hot tub. Unit was very dusty but otherwise great. Property manager terrible. She treated snowbirds like we were spring breakers. Hoping she is gone next year.

Perfect location! Great memories!

Absolutely loved this place. We grew up going to mainsail as kids and wanted a little reunion for our oldest brothers 40th birthday. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Walking distance to several great shops/bars. Perfect layout with amazing views of the white beaches.

Family vacation

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week at the beach. Condo was easy to get to and had easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the great views of the gulf from the decks and the comfy reclining sofa. The host was easy to communicate with and propmtly sent a repairman to fix our garbarge disposal. The condo could use a deep cleaning but was basically clean on the serface. One big disappointment was the bed in second floor second beroom was only a double size when it was advertised as a queen.

Great place!

Great stay

Overall this was a great condo and location. Property as described, lovely beach view from the balcony, close to elevator and trash chute which was convenient. Well stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. Kids spent a lot of time at the pool. We were disappointed that the beach chairs are not reserved every day by family, so we had to send someone down to the beach at 8:50 to claim our chairs together (we bought an extra set)- this is different than every other beach setup company we’ve had in 20 + years of coming to Destin, and twice we were told our beach towels “blew off” and we weren’t able to sit together. VRBO owners don’t control this but potential renters should be aware.

Back for more vacation fun

This was our third year of vacationing with our family in this unit & we have already booked it again for next year! We love the location & the condo has the amenities to meet the needs of our extended family. The condo owner has always been a pleasure to work with continues to make updates to the condo.

Great Location

very nice condo, right on beach, stayed 5/13/2024 not too busy. must drive to food/activities but everything is close, dollar general next door, grocery store close, across Hwy from outlet mall.
