Relaxing stay

This beachfront condo was clean and very nice inside. Beds were comfy although an extra blanket or two would have been helpful for the futon pullout. This is a perfect location close to great restaurants or just to sit on the deck and relax with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Perfect place!

This condo is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and all the items we needed were available. The beach is so close and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Views!!!! Summer 2023

Rental was very clean, views were amazing!!! Huge balcony!!! Nice new appliances!!! Now for the minor concerns that warrant the 4 stars. Gate code should be emailed as not everyone wants to download an app. All other important information was shared via email so why not the gate code? Kitchen was well stocked with cookware but no trash bags? Every rental that we have stayed at has supplied trash bags. Batteries were dead in tv remotes (minor oversight) Figure in 90 dollars per day for beach chair and umbrella rental as this rental doesn't include them. When you do pay for beach chairs and umbrella, be prepared for everyone to set their own structures up in front of you as there are zero efforts made to enforce the posted rules about not setting up in front of rented chairs. Prepare for major crowding on the beach. Despite these concerns, we had a great time.

Views were blocked due to maintenance, property mgt said they sent email regarding the maintenance

20%discount offer was ridiculous given the entire view and balcony were taken away we will never stay at sandestin, had to find another place to stay , with my mother, who is older, she was scheduled at the near by hospital for her dialysis this created major stress for our family would have been nice to get a phone call we booked this place 8-9 supposedly got email on 8/16 regarding the maintenance should have never let anyone book the place

Lovely Property with Amazing Views

I would recommend this condo to any family with between 2 to 6 people. Amazing views with beach access right out the elevator. Comfortable beds and close to lots of other activities as well.

It was totally updates and very clean and completely stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. Never had to wait more than a few mins for the elevator, we loved our vacation, in spite of the rain which no one can control that.. taking some Florida sun back with us anyway! Until next time !

safe residence, convenient parking. Unbelievable view with panoramic windows in apartment. Views are much better than on the pictures. Information about the apartment matches the one declared on the website. We did not have any problems during our stay here. Already recommended to our friends.

Definitely Recommend

The property was clean upon arrival and check-in process was seamless. Beach was extremely crowded as mentioned in other reviews. Recommend setting up beach spot early in the day. Overall, no complaints with this property. I was very pleased with our stay and would return.

Location was great, but management company not so great

The location of the condo was great although the unit number was deceiving to what floor the unit was located on. Had a few facility issues which was ok but the management company was not helpful at all. We visited in the middle of summer and two ceiling fans in the common rooms of the condo were broken. Service man made it seem that he would be there for hours to replace two ceiling fans and made my wife and mother think it was a big inconvenience to replace. No lights on the patio, so at night you could not see on the patio which was not useful when you have small children that wishes to access the patio at night. I would visit the complex again but a condo that is operated by another management company.
