Perfect location

Loved everything about this condo. Beach was beautiful! Kitchen had all we needed. Enjoyed nights sitting on the balcony. Comforter on bed was dirty when we arrived, but was made right within hours! Highly recommend this place and management company.

Affordable Great location

We have stayed at the Mainsail several times. Great location, excellent pricing. Our unit had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The second bedroom had 4 bunk beds which was perfect for our crew. Condo was very spacious. There was a closet full of items we could use on the beach. The ice maker was not working so we called and they came that day to fix it. Great stay!

Great spot

I booked a last minute trip for myself, daughter, and my father. It was the best relaxing weekend at the beach that I’ve ever had!!! Condo was exactly like the pictures online. I’m glad I had even the partial beach view from the balcony. I would absolutely book this condo again!

Love mainsail

We have stayed at this property several times in the past few years. We love the location and that it has everything we need. The apartment was great. The only thing that I would change are the mattresses in the property. They weren't very comfortable but it could be bc we r used to memory foam. Other than that everything was great!

What you see is what you get

The property as advertised on the listing was 100% accurate. Great location, great view of Beach with coffee in-hand on the lanai. Slept well in Master Bedroom, was quiet at night. Not as quiet on the pool side, but nothing much after 11pm either. If you like a lot of pillows, bring your own cases - there are lots of extra in the closet, but no extra cases. Mainsail complex is a bit dated but fairly well taken care of. Only gripe would be that all the garbage bins around the pool / amenity area was overflowing. Granted, there were a lot of travelers coming and going. On the day we left, the garbage shute was clogged up. I'd say a 5/5 for the unit itself and a 3/5 for the property management. I would stay again, no hesitation.

Awesome

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Main Sail. The traffic was crazy but that’s because it’s summer. This unit was so clean and had everything we needed. Since we only had one car I’m still waiting to get a parking pass refund. The covered parking was a definite PLUS.

Great stay!

Great location. Pool right outside, we could see the ocean from our room. Short walkway to the beach. Ocean is clear blue, sand white and soft. The Place was clean and comfortable.

Location great but few items should be replaced

The location and access to the beach is fantastic. Location is also close to a lot of places to eat and stores for shopping (outlet mall is across the road). The rug in the living room needs to be replaced they steam cleaned it and it looked the same which was filthy the tile floors were dirty as well.

This was a great and Spacious condo to stay in. Was better then what the pictures shown. Also was a short walk to the beach , pool and hot tub. You do have to walk a little further to the heated pool but not bad. It would be nice if they would replace there frying pans and get more spoons😉 But that would be our only complaints. Definitely would rent this condo again!

A great place to relax and enjoy

We decided to get away and avoid crowds for Mardi Gras break and we found the perfect place. A very nice property and neighborhood. Calm, quiet and peaceful and close to the beach. There was some construction noise some times but we understand they are doing renovations to such a beautiful place. The heated pool was great, people in the area were friendly and courteous and the hot tub looked great even though we did not go in. The beach was beautiful every single day but the water is still cold but we still enjoyed just tanning by the beach, listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The unit was well equipped and clean. The view from our balcony was nice and we had no inconveniences to find what we needed nearby. Also, having Silver Sand Premium Outlet was a plus. The ONLY thing it could have been better was the check in experience. I was confident I would get the email around 8 am like it was notified with the check in access info but it didn’t. So we had to call several times while on our way and leave a message to call back. Also texted on the app for answers. Eventually we got the info and had no issues to get in the unit. Once instructions and info were shared it was just easy to follow along. We left the place as impecable as found. We will for sure come back next time.

Condo is large for a 2 bedroom. Was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. The property is large, but easy to get around. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and nice!!

This property was perfectly located right on the beach in Miramar Beach! Silver Sands shopping and Starbucks are just across the street, and there’s tons of restaurants to choose from in the area. Winn Dixie grocery store is conveniently located within a mile as well for all of your needs. The condo itself was super nice and clean. My family really enjoyed themselves here!! We cannot wait to rent this property again for our next vacation!!
