  • ¡EL MAYOR 2 habitaciones / 2 baños en MARKET STREET INN en el piso superior! Este es un condominio grande único (1278 pies cuadrados) con dos balcones. Nuestro condominio está completamente actualizado y decorado en el último estilo costero y tiene vistas de la piscina tropical y de la entrada a Baytowne Wharf. Este es un hallazgo muy raro en Sandestin Resort. La sala de estar abierta cuenta con pisos de baldosas de madera a la deriva y acceso al balcón con vista a la entrada de Baytowne Wharf. Junto a la zona de comedor se encuentra una cocina renovada con encimeras de granito, hermosas salpicaduras en la espalda, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una barra de desayuno. El amplio dormitorio principal ofrece un balcón privado con vistas a la piscina tropical y un baño principal contiguo con una bañera y una ducha separada. Great spacious condo in the heart of Baytowne. Golf cart made everything accessible and easy. Very responsive owners. Will definitely stay again.

Tim and Wendy are wonderful hosts with a beautiful Condo. Having the golf cart to get around and take to the beach was great and store was an added benefit. We would definitely stay here again!

Had our 6&8 year old grandsons and they loved it. We came in Friday afternoon left Monday and never used our car. Golf Cart was a huge benefit. Only recommendation would be to add beach towels. We flew in so did not pack them.The two bed & bath was very spacious.

Condo was clean and comfortable. The communication was immediate and excellent. We will definitely use them again. Having the golf cart was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Great for kids. Access to beach made easy using the golf cart...July is super busy out on the beach. Great view of pool from condo. We were able to watch the fireworks over the lagoon from the other balcony. Baytown village is literally out the front door of the building. Cooked most nights in the condo and had everything in the kitchen that we needed. Publix is easily accessible via the golf cart as well. I parked my van when we arrived and did not get back in it until we left today!

Clean, amazing pool and amenities just steps from the room. Felt very private but still close to everything. The beach was just a golf cart ride away. So much to do that we didnt get to do it all but definitely had a blast!

all the way!We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless — you can really tell the hosts take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; everything we needed was just a short ride away. Speaking of which, the golf cart was a total game-changer — it made getting to the beach super easy!The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed in many Baytowne Wharf condos and this is the only one that I felt truly at home and comfortable. We rented it because of the 6 passenger golf cart and got so much more. There’s a view of the bay and some of the town off the livingroom porch and off the master bedroom, there’s a view of the pool. Even with all the hustle and bustle outside, it was very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. There’s not a pantry in the kitchen but tons of closet space with shelving for food. The pictures online don’t do it justice. We are very happy with our stay and will stay here again soon.

Spacious!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are huge and the unit was perfect for us. It was nice being so close to shops and restaurants. And the beach is a short tram ride away. The pool is really nice as well. I also really enjoyed jogging around the whole community on the great walking trails. All in all the vacation was a success!

Convenient to pool and shops, but not the beach

PROS: Nice condo, close to dining, shops and pool. Pool was spacious, nice and not too crowded. CONS: Beach was hard to get to on tram. We ended up giving up one day altogether because it took so long both ways. I wish it was in the email that you would not be able to get in even one min early. We waited 15 mins outside the door to get in the condo. I understand not arriving too early, but no grace period at all. I never had this issue with other rentals.
