Great Family Spring Break Vacation!

This a a great place with exceptional views! Great amenities and a lot of stuff to do in the area! Our family really enjoyed the stay. Everything this place has to offer is perfect!

Great unit. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spring break!

Two adults and 3 kids stayed for spring break and had a great time. Condo was clean and we appreciated how comfortable the beds and bedding were! Check in was super easy and we had no issues at all during our stay!

Very wonderful stay

The condo was as advertised. Gorgeous view and very comfortable. The beach was great and the beach service was excellent. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful View

Loved this Condo. Perfect location to watch the sun rise each morning. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many different condos, mostly located at the Seascape Resort area, but this was one of the best.

Can't wait to book again, wonderful experience.

Very nice, clean and up to date condo. Beautiful view of gulf and the pool. After a day at the beach it was great to go to the pool in the afternoon that was in full shade. Restaurant at condo complex was top notch. Many choices for restaurants within 10-15 minutes. streets were not too crowded and easy to navigate. Great stay, can't wait to book again for the family.

Awesome!

Beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Beach bar and pool were awesome. The umbrella and chair service was great.

Our stay here was being in Paradise

Very comfortable condo, everything we would need for a month and a half was furnished. My favorite space was the balcony. Beautiful sunrises and saw dolphins 15 times. Great view of the gulf. Enjoyed the pool, 2 hot tubs, restaurant and bar on the beach. Our stay here was Paradise!

First time snowbirds!

Great stay. We got to see the sunrise every morning! We hated to leave. Everything was perfect. Only thing I’m sad about is we can’t come back next year to the same unit because it got booked before we were able to rent for next year.

Early spring get away for hubby and me!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing, and the views from the condo are breathtaking. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony. A major perk is the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back with our family! Amazingly relaxing beach weekend

We have been to Mandy’s condo before and it never disappoints. The view, comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, the convenience to local restaurants including several within walking distance, and of course the beach. See you next year!!

A place where we needed nothing!

Surfside 1205 had a surprisingly well stocked kitchen with any appliances you needed was available. Bedding and seating areas were very comfortable. Forget some beach toys, even those are available. Owner real easy to work with answering any necessary questions. Convenience to ocean, provided beach chairs, and on-site resteraunt a plus.

Best Vacay ever!

The view is awesome and it is so spacious! It was perfect for our big family. I knew the kids would love the amazing beach, but the other amenities on site were surprisingly the star 🌟 of the week. We split time evenly between the beach and pool. We utilized the gym, played tennis, shuffle board, basketball, and even tried pickleball. It was the perfect setting for our active family. It was great to have the restaurant on site and walking distance for so many other food and drink options too. We’re definitely coming back again!

Perfect Place

Wow what a gorgeous condo! The view was amazing! Deverra-Desin y was very well appointed, well stocked with all our needs! I fell in love the minute I came through the door! The interior design was so updated and yet cozy and made it a truly comfortable get away! We enjoyed dining on the patio at night . Candles and the view was so romantic! ♥️

Perfect week!

Can’t speak highly enough about Deverra Destin-y. Mandy is absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful. The room is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. Very spacious and a great balcony to relax on! The room comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. There are also beach toys and things for the kids already in the room. Minutes away from any shopping or restaurants. We literally can’t express how much fun we had! It was also such a blessing that the resort is very strict on not having tents blocking views bc so many parts of the beaches were clearly overcrowded and ours was just perfect. They also do a fun bonfire weeknights and the kids loved that! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Easy check-in Amazing location-beautiful condo

This was an amazing stay. Two of the biggest benefits of staying here are 1- the cross walk to the private beach and 2-the onsite restaurant. There are other great benefits like the view and the owner. Amazing views- we saw the largest pod of dolphins. And we watched dolphins from the balcony almost daily. The owner is attentive and easy to contact and responsive. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The chairs in living area are awesome. Oh and the free beach chairs and umbrella. So cool. I am extremely picky about beds due to spine issues, the beds in the two bed room are perfect. I will suggest if you run hot, bring an oscillating fan as the two bed room does not get as cool as the rest of the condo. There is a small fan in the condo but it doesn’t oscillate.

Surfside is our favorite condo resort and this unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Great location within the resort and spectacular views! Great communication from the host. Easy check-in and check-out. We really appreciate the ability to park our car in a garage, which is a rarity at the beach.
