Great Location, Clean, Needs Updating

The location of this property was great! Loved the walking bridge right to the beach. The beach chairs were a HUGE bonus. The condo was clean and the view was perfection. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Some recommendations - 1) The huge glass table pushed up against the wall is a major waste of space. Could be utilized as a larger living space or where the pull out bed could go. 2) The appliances function, but were quite small. A larger toaster and coffee pot would be a huge upgrade. 3) The outdoor furniture is the biggest let down. The view is spectacular and then there is cheap, cheesy furniture. Would recommend a high top table and chairs to be able to see the gorgeous view and a couple loungers to relax. We would come back, but would love some upgrades!

Wonderful vacation

Overall great experience here, enough room for all our belongings as a family of 6, lived having a washer and dryer in the room, as well as chairs at the beach for when we went. The only thing with the room that was nerve wrecking was all the glass but we simply moved any glass decor to the closet during our stay so our 4 and 1 year old couldn’t accidentally break it. The room was cozy, would stay here again!

Great place

This place is nice with a great view. Needs a little updating on the furniture but very clean. The furniture is too large for the space. I clipped my leg on the oversized end table several times when going into the kitchen from the living room. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Lots of storage in main bedroom. The place had many pots and pans to use. Considering we were on the 11th floor the elevators ran quickly and we never had to wait long. Parking wasn’t bad either…we could always find a place. The beach was awesome! If you plan on working out at their facility, don’t bother….that place needs to be updated. Many machines broken. But overall we had a great time.

Great Location

If you want to spend time on the beach, this is definetly a great place to stay. Great view of the beach from your balcony & easy access to the beach. Our only problem was we did not have a car this trip & no grocery store close by but Publix delivers. Could also use a few more breakfast options in restaurants close by but very laid back & we enjoyed it alot.

A-MAZ-ING VIEW!

We had a wonderful time at the Surfside Resort #1103. The condo was very clean and had all amenities listed in the description. Beach service was also included which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony was wonderful and an amazing view from the ocean, all the way to the bay. Location was great! Super short walk to the beach. Pool was heated and clean and hot tubs were nice. On site restaurant was tasty and super convenient. We had a small issue with the one of the doors and the management company was super fast to respond and had it fixed within hours. The condo was a little dated in its decor but that is the only (small) downfall to this wonderful condo. I can't wait to comeback to Miramar Beach and the Surfside Resort!

This property was exactly as described and had a great view. The host was great at communicating. The only issue was RealJoy text me saying the property was ready at 2:30pm and I am glad I double checked with the host because I think we would have been charged if we entered early.
