Great condo!

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the ocean and pool area from the balcony and views of the surrounding resort from the windows on the side and back. It was also great to have access to the amenities of the Sandestin Resort. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Breathtaking

The location was amazing and the unit just as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked and everything extremely clean! We took the tram around the property on the first day and were amazed at the beauty! We will definitely be back!!

Winter getaway

The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures and since it was just for two people it was perfect. View from the balcony faced directly on the beach, couldn’t ask for more. Check in smooth as usual. Hopefully this room is available when we go back. Thank you host.

We had a great experience renting from Sandestin. The check-in process was very easy and our unit was exactly as described in the listing. We found the unit to be spacious enough for a couple and loved watching the sunrise through the windows every morning!

Clean, Cute , Amazing Views & Great Studio

I frequent the resort at minimum three times a year. This studio exceeded my expectations, cost, location, cleanliness and amenities make this a great deal. It was 4 of us and we had plenty of room with a full kitchen and an amazing view of the sunrise each morning. Definitely recommend and I would definitely book again. A light bulb needs to be placed in the lamp near the television and the toilet handle has to be held down to be flushed completely but nothing that ruined our visit. Thank you for such a relaxing short get away. We were celebrating a birthday and this studio was nice.

Enjoyed the sunrises from the room

Positives: enjoyed watching the sun rise from the room and being on the ocean. Negatives: the unit sits near where the garbage trucks pick up and dump the dumpsters really early in the morning. Trucks also make deliveries to the beachside restaurant so when they make their deliveries you can hear the beeping sounds of them backing up frequently. The bathroom could definitely use a deep clean as there was grime and dust sitting on the molding along the bottom edges. Could also use dish towels in the kitchen and the nonstick sauté pans need to be replaced as the nonstick part has scratches.

The older unit smelled like they had painted to coverup the smell of smoke; hence we a had a smoky paint smell unit. The towels also smelled of cigarette smoke!!! We had to leave the door open the whole time just to be comfortable and even then we could smell cigarette smell! Disgusting. The view was beautiful.

Very very very old

This building was old and outdated. From the minute you park your car to entering the lobby felt as if I were in a dungeon. The floors felt like 40 years of grease and slime. Horrible amenities. The coffee pot didn’t work. This place including the unit needs a major overhaul. The only solution I see is a major hurricane!

beautiful place EXCEPT for the rain cloud in the room

short story beautiful place enjoyed it a lot except for the last day there was a water leak coming from above us. Are whole ceiling was a dripping. I messaged the owner to resolve this inconvenience. We have not heard anything from them yet.

Extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful!

This unit was so clean! It's a corner unit, so it was very quiet and you could hear the waves. There was only 1 chair in the closet (which was nice!), but bring chairs if you don't want to rent them at the beach. Overall, we were pleased with this condo and would definitely rent it again!

Location is superb! The condo being updated was a nice touch. We just couldn’t get in for 4 hours after original checkin time and we had to call in multiple times and finally got the access code. Over all great place, just don’t expect to get in immediately when you go.

The property and room were both perfect! The only issues we came across were: - checking in: you have to go across the highway to check-in. we went to the actual location first, then we’re told to go across the road. no big deal & easy to check-in once we were there! - only one outlet on each side of the bed worked One recommendation would be to have curtains on the windows in the living area! It gets super bright in the condo, super early. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location & very nice! (A comfy bed helps, too!)

We actually were switched from this unit to a very similar one. The one we stayed in had a beautiful view and was pretty clean. The beach was pretty, but it was soooo crowded. We probably won’t return unless it’s during the off-season since we like to spend so much time on the beach.

Checking in was a little bit hectic. I didn’t get any emails letting me know exactly how to check in. I went to the front entrance gate and the man working told me where to go to check in across the street. Right at my check in time @ 4pm, they were still cleaning the room. The woman checking us in was nice enough to let them know we were already there and ready to check in. We still didn’t get a text to go up until right at 5pm. Other than that, things went well. Also, be prepared to wait in traffic for a while.
