  • This 3 bedroom/ 2 story villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access right across the street with the Whales Tail restaurant and beach bar! It is one of the closest villas to the beach and only a 4 minute walk. This villa features amazing lake views and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, king size bed in the guest bedroom upstairs, and a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom. The master bedroom also has a balcony so you can sit and enjoy the amazing lake views! There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Pack' N play and high chair is included if needed. 

    Lakefront villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Awesome stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and so close to the beach you don’t have to drive pretty much anywhere everything is walking distance nice home with plenty of space I will definitely save this property for our next vacation. I had an issue with the microwave and texted the host and In 30 minutes I had someone knocking on the door coming to fix the microwave so very amazing host

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds were very comfortable! Linens were nice. Rental was very clean. Beach was across the street & easy access. Rental company responded very quickly when we asked them for additional towels. Close to restaurants & shopping. Screened balcony was nice for morning coffee & evenings-did not have to worry about bugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was quite lovely and comfortable. There are a few things that I would suggest could make it even better. Something as simple as having two dish towels and a dishcloth would be helpful. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom and the downstairs bathroom both need to be screwed on better. There was a piece from the downstairs shower that also had to be put back on. The trash bags that were left were of extremely poor quality and ripped as soon as we tried to take the trash out. That meant cleaning up the mess.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been vacationing at seascape at Destin Florida for the past 12 years and have stayed at different condos within Seascape resort. This condo had to be the dirtiest condo we have stayed at. There were all kinds of trash under the couches including grapes that had sat so long under there that they had turned to raisins. Old water bottles and trash under the beds. Towels that had blood and lots of stain marks on them. A bathtub that the water would take forever to drain. Beds that had dust on them, which I assume came from the caked on dust from the ceiling fans. The list goes on and on with things that were quite frankly just disgusting. I understand that these condos get flipped pretty quickly but in the 12 years coming had never seen a condo that was this bad. I hope the management company takes this feedback and makes some changes as the location and company was pretty responsive when we needed an extra parking pass.
