Nice condo/golf cart is great!

The only thing I would suggest is explaining how to charge the cart better. We plugged it in but it didn’t charge. We didn’t know where to go to get approval. Golf cart is very nice and new!! It’s stored in a great location. Our air went out but I felt like they assisted with that. Easy condo to stay in! Very good food in cafe downstairs

Good location and accommodations

Great location near restaurants and the beach. Golf cart makes it super easy to get to nearby restaurants, there is a restaurant attached to the building as well. Beach is about 2 blocks away, it's beautiful with white sand and clear water. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well to play cards, have coffee and watching the sunset with a glass of wine.

Good trip

The property was nice. Unit is dated and needs updates. Mold in showers. Kitchen had dirty pots and pans. I had to wash them before use. Curtains in master unattached from rod. Was adequate but not impressive. Didn't find golf cart key until the last day. Nothing told where it was.

Decent Stay

Decent enough place. Decent location and pool was nice. Guest room is a double bed, not a queen as listed. Beach toys were busted. We could not find the golf cart at first and I attempted to contact the owner and did not ever receive a response. Also, the complex has you download an app for info about your condo and the complex. In the app there was no password listed for the wifi under our condo, just the wifi name. Luckily we were renting another condo in the complex and that condo had the wifi password listed in the app. Mattresses are extremely thin.

Great Location Poor Customer Service

Great Location near beach. We leased this condo to get married on the beach in Destin. The other members of our wedding party were all at another location,so the lure of a "Free" use of a golf cart attracted us to Ariel Dunes. What we did not know was the The management Co. (My Vacation Haven) over charged our credit card for the golf cart. and lied to us about the charges. We tried numerous times to reach and discuss with their customer service / Mgt team and to no avail. Rip Off...do NOT Trust My Vacation Haven...this place would get 5 stars without this terrible experience Buyer Beware. They left us with a sour taste in our mouth for this property and their Mgt / leasing company. Check google ratings before you book making note of who the leasing agent is through VRBO because they handle your fees .

Wonderful stay!

We had a great experience at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach week. With two toddlers, the golf cart access was super helpful for taking down all of our stuff to the beach, and it was a quick drive over to restaurants, the arcade, and coffee shop! With our husbands working remotely in the condo, we did have to make some calls to get wifi access, as the app did not contain the password. However, we were able to reach someone fairly easily to get the info. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book again!

Amazing condo

We previously rented the condo one floor down, but it sold and was not listed. This condo was even nicer than that one PLUS included a golf cart! Too cold to use the pool, but have used it many times. Added convenience is having a restaurant on site as well! Only con was contacting the property manager to determine where the golf cart was located (they said garage, roof, etc). Well there is no garage and its a high-tise so it was not on the roof… it was in a parking lot across the street from the property.

Great location

Our family had a great time during our stay! The management was easy to get ahold of through phone and text. Very close to the beach, it was a very busy week! The pools were nice, would have been nice to have them heated, they were pretty chilly but didn't keep the kids out!

Amazing Location & Beautiful condo!

After really loving our last spot in Destin, we were hoping that this one was up to the same standard - and it exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed with how clean and convenient the condo was. It was placed perfectly on the beach side with a gorgeous view of the ocean off the large back patio. The pools were amazing and we especially loved the convenience of the bar / restaurant right off the pool that we could grab a meal or drinks while swimming. And everything was delicious! The boys also enjoyed hitting the golf Course on the resort one day, and we were in perfect walking distance to the beach. The only thing we were bummed to realize is that there is no hot tub on premises, something our kids really were looking forward to, but not a deal breaker. We will definitely be back to this spot in the future!!

Ariel Dunes Getaway

Very pleased with the whole experience for my family of 6. Really nice decor with a great location; the golf cart is a super bonus. The patio directly faces the beach and increases the living space. The customer service agents were very friendly and responsive; as they were needed to provide both the wifi credentials and the pool code. The only disappointment was that the basketball court was under long-term construction and unavailable. In which case, the posting needs to be updated to exclude this offering.

Beautiful Condo and views

Second year staying at Ariel Dunes condo's and loved it again. The condo was so beautifully decorated and wonderful gulf views. The only downfall was the chilly 68 degree weather that lasted the first 4 days of our stay. But we would definitely stay in this lovely condo again!

Great Stay!

We loved the property and everything with the house was great. Our only issue was we never received wifi, pool code, or gym code information so we had to work with the front desk a couple of times. Wifi was never received so we used our personal phone data plan. Be sure to get all that info beforehand!

Beautiful Place!

We had a great trip in this beautiful condo. It was very conveniently located with everything that we needed. The patio was our favorite part, we spent many mornings and evenings out here. You have a view of the ocean and a nice breeze. The place was very clean and exactly what we expected! This location is very conveniently located to a lot of prime things to do in Miramar. We had some issues with getting the right codes and parking items when we first checked in but the quickly got us what we needed!

Enjoyed our stay

Great location and condo. Balcony was not clean upon arrival, but property manager sent some one to clean it out first day. After that, communication with PM was very difficult. I tried for days to email and call for the WiFi information and never got any answers. Also, the sheets in the 2nd bedroom were not very comfortable. They were like stiff hotel bedding. But other than that, it was everything we needed. Great for family beach getaway.

Vacation Getaway

We had an awesome time in Miramar Beach! The location of this condo was great and had an excellent view! It met our expectations and the check in process was the easiest I have ever had! The condo has a cafe with excellent ice cream that was a big hit with the kids! They also had nightly entertainment we enjoyed as well. I would definitely recommend this condo, Ariel Dunes, the location and everything else that goes with this place. We had a great experience and I must admit I am very picky with the places I stay at. -Hapoy Guest!
