Great stay the condo had everything we needed and just the right amount of fanciness to enjoy on a vacation. The views from front and back balconies were amazing. The grounds were very nice, the walk was close to the beautiful beaches. The pool and tiki bar were a hit as well. Close to groceries stores and everything Destin. Would stay here again!!!

We had an amazing time at this property for our family vacation! The unit was beautiful and had great amenities. Everything from waking up to the amazing view to the beach and pools, to evening pickleball and miniature golf games- it was perfect and so much fun! We are already planning our next trip.

EXCELLENT STAY!

Not sure where to start…from booking to check-in to check-out was flawless!! Our stay was phenomenal. From the second we walked through the door, we felt at home. This unit was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pictures on booking website are spot on. The balcony is just as pictured and added so much to our stay. The management company was so attentive and thorough from the second we booked the unit, we never had to worry about a thing. I would recommend this property to everyone and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Time

Our vacation 8/17-8/24 was simply amazing. The condo was breathtaking and the VIEW. The condo was clean, the decor was perfect, The location great and we enjoyed ourselves very much hanging at the pools and beach everyday. Perfect communication with management as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, gorgeous view from the balcony. Great communication when asking questions. Loved the location. You'll need a car but there is shopping and restaurants within very short drives. The pool bar has excellent food & drinks. Area is gated with security 24/7. Would definitely stay again!

BEST Vacation Ever!

This unit is just stunning. It is remarkably quiet, peaceful, and was incredibly clean. We travel a lot, and this was by far our favorite beach retreat. We will be back. This unit is perfect for people who like ease, cleanliness and high quality appliances/furniture/etc. The Breathe Easy company was also incredible and I cannot say enough positive things about them.

Everything we expected and more!

The condo was a perfect weekend. Great communication from the management company. We had plenty of information about check in and all that we needed to enjoy our weekend. We got to watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Loved every minute.

Totally Tides

My family and I spent 6 nights at this property and loved it. It’s next to a nature preserve kept the area less crowded than other properties. Our condo was exceptionally updated and clean with a great view. Will definitely consider returning.

Great Home Away From Home!!

Location! Location! Location! That's what they always say when it comes to Real Estate. This Location was perfect. Situated just far enough from the tourist traps but close enough to travel there when needed. This site is within steps of the beach. The property was kept in immaculate shape. They welcome you with a nice get started kit which was a nice unexpected bonus to our stay. The management company for this property is the best company we have ever used and we have been traveling to the area for 15 years. We highly recommend this wonderful place situated on the beach. We definitely will stay here again.

Great stay at Tops’l! The unit was clean and well-appointed. Balcony view is great, good ocean view (and Bay!) despite being on the side of the building, still felt very oceanfront. The bar and grill at the property was really nice and all the kid’s activities at the pool were really great for both my 8 and 3 year old.
