This property is the perfect size and in the perfect location for our family. Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. We absolutely love this place and look forward to our visit each year.

Absolutely beautiful

Our stay was amazing, the property manager was very responsive and the condo was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and the city. Everything about it was very accommodating and I will definitely be back

Family trip

The property was perfect for our family. The views from the 15th floor were amazing to wake up to and made for a great lunch view as well. We will definitely look into this property again for any future trips to the Destin area!

Like the locale and set-up. Condo is aging well, but could use an update. Great view from balcony. Onsite restaurant was good. Beach bar was convenient and interesting.

Great location!

The condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! Host was very responsive. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach was a huge bonus! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking. We took so many photos from there during sunset. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Anniversary Week

Location was outstanding. Views of the beach and sunset from the balcony was exactly what we were looking for. Easy quick access to the beach. Having the 2 chairs and umbrella included made our beach trips so easy. The unit was extremely well stocked and comfortable. The host thought of everything with a well stocked closet of beach chairs, toys and other accessories. And a whole range of reading materials in the tv stand.

Overall a nice stay

Overall, it was a very nice stay. There were definitely things that need to be updated and fixed. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. It looks nicer in the listing than it actually was.

Nice set up

All mostly good. Elevator brokrn delaying us often. Parking was limited due to unauthorized vehicles taking up space for the 4th of July. And washing machine had mold.

Clean, comfortable, very nice condo

We really enjoyed this condo and the location. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware & utensils. It has a great view of the water and easy access to the beach. The location is great with quick access to shops, restaurants, grocery store & an outlet mall. The front desk of the building is only staffed from 9 to 5, and we arrived around 8:00 pm, so there was some confusion about obtaining a parking pass. We contacted security - they were very helpful, and got us one quickly.

TOILET MASTER BEDROOM PLUGED EVERYDAY NEEDS REPLACED. EXHAUST FAN GUEST BEDROOM NEEDS REPLACED. 1/2 INCH OF DUST ON CEILING FANS NEEDS CLEANED. OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED IT GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Plumbing issues every day, toilet didnt flush in 2nd bathroom. Issues fixed the next day but still shouldnt have to deal with that on vacay. Pictures of condo looked much nicer online. Thought view was directly facing ocean vs corner. More than 2 elevators are needed for a 16 story building- lots of time waiting.

Great time!

Check in was painless. Location was great. Loved that the condo provided 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The condo could have been a little bit cleaner. Nothing particular stood out that was dirty but it just didn’t feel super clean. The towels were also still damp even though we didn’t use them until day 2. The host was responsive and helpful as well!

Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our week in this condo and at this beach. We had not been here before but we were not disappointed! Would like to come back next year! Checkin was easy, staff were pleasant, condo was clean and we loved the beach access and beach/water. The condo kitchen had everything we needed. I have only two recommendations: throw out the cookie/baking sheets - they are old and nasty, and get new master bedroom pillows. We lugged our beach canopy all the way from TN, not realizing that the private beach would not allow us to put it up. Wish I had known that but it may have been on the website and I missed it. Thanks again for a great week and your lovely condo!!
