-Guests must be 25 to book & stay. No college spring breakers permitted. Any reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancelation without refund.
-Parking is available in the underground parking garage and is limited to one vehicle per reservation. Guests are required to register their vehicle and pay the applicable parking fee prior to arrival. Once registration is complete, a QR code will be issued, providing access to the garage. Please note that parking spaces are not assigned. Due to height restrictions, oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated in the parking garage. Overflow parking is available in a designated area assigned by Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Please be aware that this lot may be several blocks from the condo.
-No pets permitted. The building is monitored by security and anyone bringing in an animal will be asked to leave.
-This condo not currently have access to the Sandestin Tram
-No stays longer than 14 days permitted.
