  • Come enjoy our beautifully decorated third floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.

    Master Bedroom & Bathroom: King bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV with a private bathroom.

    Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom: Kid friendly bunk room with a twin over full bunk well as a 37” TV. A split barn door provides privacy.

    Living Area: this professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, 50" flat screen TV, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — short walk to the beach — and the pool was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the property clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful piece of property.

Room was spotless, very clean. Balcony overlooking pool area. Pool area was gorgeous. Plenty of chairs, bbq's, areas to eat. Also had clean bathrooms on deck area.

Spring break for the 3rd year in a row

We love this property and keep coming back! The owners are responsive, the condo is clean and meets all our needs for a family of 4. The pool and maintenance staff keep a clean and safe grounds as well. It was perfect!

No false advertising here!

This property is exactly as advertised. In fact, the photos of the pool do not do it justice - it’s really large and very beautiful. Check in was easy, communication from the host was right on spec. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We love coming to Destin and staying at the Beach Resorts condos. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Easy to get to from the elevator and we loved the garage parking space.

Great place! Felt safe and in a convenient neighborhood. Just a little walk and you're at the beach. The owners were great at communicating with us during our stay. We will be back when we have another tourney in this part of Florida!

The room comfortably sleeps four. The pool is gorgeous and the owners were extremely responsive to issues/inquiries. I would rent that unit again.

Family vacation

Adam and Jennifer were great hosts, the condo was exactly as described/pictured and the pool was one of the best pools we’ve got to experience in the Destin area. The outlet mall being a 2 minute drive away and having multiple nice restaurants within walking distance were a huge plus! If we plan a trip to Miramar Beach in the future, we would definitely return to Adam and Jennifer’s Beach Resort condo.

Love the location

We have stayed at The Beach Resort for many years. This was the first time that we have stayed in this unit. We really enjoyed it. It was nice having the full size bed on the bottom bunk. The decor was very nice and the balcony chairs! We plan to stay there again in the future.

Resort Paradise

Condo was very homey and clean. Everything that we needed was provided during our stay. Short walking distance to the beach. Loved the fact we had our own chairs and umbrella at the beach as well. Pool very nice and private. Will definitely try to stay at the location again in the future.

Family friendly

We stayed here for a week and it was a very enjoyable week! We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for them. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. We had our wagon and it made it much easier and a must. We’ll definitely come back and rent this condo again.

Perfect week and perfect condo

This 2-bd/2-ba condo was perfect for our family of four this week! We loved the views of the beach and pool and all the sunshine that poured in each morning. The condo is very clean, well maintained and decorated and stocked with quality furniture and dishes. The pool, balcony, beach access, and living space had everything we needed for the week.

Awesome vacation spot.

Awesome overall. Finding the parking lot was a bit tricky but we did get there at night. Great pool and BBQ area. Great beach. Guest room was a bit small - ideally the condo is for a family of four only. Patio lovely. There was hair clogging the bath in the master. Overall, we loved our stay. Close to many restaurants. Thank you.

The best pool in town

We love staying at the beach resort! Our favorite thing about this condo is the pool and location. The beach is a quick walk and the pool and hot tub are amazing! We stayed in various units and we enjoy the layout and comfort. It works well for our family and having 2 bathrooms is perfect. We appreciated the comfortable furniture and having a well stocked kitchen. Love the decor too, very beachy and upscale. Looking forward to next year!

Perfect Week

Condo exactly as shown. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Owner was very responsive. The beach chairs and garage parking was an extra bonus.
