Amazing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Radiant Vista! Condo was beautiful and comfy and had everything we needed. View from balcony is amazing. We have been staying at Ariel Dunes four years in a row. We love it here. We will be staying in Radiant Vista again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Sun Sand and Soul Stay

The location of the condo for the Topeka music weekend was absolutely perfect. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. We found the condo to be well equipped. We would definitely recommend

Great condo with a great view

We love Ariel Dunes and the Seascape complex. We have been staying at Ariel Dunes for the past 15+ years. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The only complaint I have it how uncomfortable the couch was. I know it was a fold out for additional sleeping arrangement and we didn't try the bed. But the actual couch was very uncomfortable to sit on the watch tv.

Family fall break

Weather wasn’t cooperating but it didn’t change what a great vacation we had! Condo was great, location had everything you could need. Recommend renting a golf cart from beach front golf carts right at aerial dunes!

Great not so great

Overall our stay was just what the doctor ordered. However we had trouble with the couch not being comfortable and the keypad changing before check out time. It was extremely stressful and inconvenient to manage getting our belongings packed away with the worry of being locked out prematurely

Quick Family Trip!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes, my only complaint was the distance from Destin itself. The view was beautiful, condo was great, well kept and well stocked.

First time visit to Destin

My daughter, grandkids & I loved the condo, it was exactly as pictured online. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, day & night, enjoying the views and sounds of the waves. The beach was just a short walk from the condo. We definitely put the washer & dryer to good use to wash our beach towels and clothes at the end of each day. Only problem was there was no detergent available, we had to purchase some. The Cabana Cafe has the best pizza and turkey club sandwich I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly. One problem we did have upon arrival was the code to access condo did not work. I was able to contact maintenance and get the code reset in less than 10 minutes. Also, the lights on the patio did not work, I meant to notify maintenance but kept forgetting. There also wasn't any dish soap which had to be purchased as well. Overall, it was the perfect vacation for my family & me, we did not want to leave. This was our first trip to Florida and look forward to coming back again next year.

I loved this condo!

The condo was exceptionally clean and updated. I loved the beach wagon that was provided for the short walk to the beach. An outdoor shower was also provided to rinse off beach sand. The kitchen was fully stocked with an exception of a pitcher for beverages, but honesty that wasn’t a big deal. The condo was roomy with an excellent view of the ocean. I enjoyed waking to coffee and lounging in the well kept lawn furniture on the balcony. All in all, everything was accessible and easy. I would definitely recommend this condo and will return next year.

Beautiful property, we will stay again!

This condo was beautiful. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. As a bonus there were two beach chairs, an umbrella, grass mats and even a wagon to carry everything. It is a beautiful view, high enough floor to see over all the surrounding buildings so you can see the ocean across the entire view from the balcony. It's only a few minutes to the beach. So when you run down there very early in the morning to place your umbrella and chairs you can come back up to the condo before breakfast is finished cooking. The balcony is mostly in the shade in early morning and late afternoon, another plus! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!!! We will stay here again!!!

Beautiful!

Everything was just as listed! The pictures show exactly how it looks in person. The view was AMAZING!!! Perfect for our family of 5 which included 3 adults and 2 kids. Short walk to the beach and the on-site restaurant has GREAT pizza. We felt right at home and will be booking this property again in the future!

Photos deceiving

The condo is not updated. Photos are deceiving. Beds / mattresses need replaced. Oven door inner glass broken. Dishwasher door doesn’t close easily. Slow drains in kitchen and guest bathroom sinks. Guest bedroom not cooled by AC. Stays hot in guest bedroom. Would not rent again.

Awesome condo

My family had a great stay at this condo! We loved the beach wagon and toys! Also the condo was perfect for kids! The kids room had awesome bunk beds and had a real door unlike some condos that only provide a curtain. Our family will definately be returning in the future!

Our stay was great, it had amazing views!

My only negative complaint is the sofa and chairs in living room were very uncomfortable, the views and beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and ready to accommodate my family. I wish there were more carts available for the guest trying to check in and out. We had to use multiple grocery baskets to load and unload. We will definitely being staying there again.

Fantastic villa in a great location with free golf

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location. The rooms look exactly as the pictures here but when we walk in, all my family members give a big “WOW”. Grab the deal when it is still available, you will love it. For golf fans, this is a rarely find great deal. I played Regatta bay two times and Emerald bay once for free. Very easy to book via iexplori
